Mbesuma’s court case fails to take off

Share

A court case in which football sensational Collins Mbesuma has been sued failed to take off in a Mufulira local court today due to his absence.

This is in a matter in which Mbesuma has been sued by John Chombwe, the father to
the woman he had a relationship with and has a three year-old daughter.  Chombwe,
father to Evelyn sued Mbesuma over the accused’s ”unclear’ position to marry his
daughter.

According to a court cause list made available to ZANIS today in the court chamber
by the local court Justices John Chama Michael Mutale and Elias Mugole, Mbesuma was
to appear in the local court today.

The Justices confirmed to ZANIS that the case failed to take place due to the
absence of Mbesuma and a Court clerk.

Mbesuma was represented by his uncle from Ndola who told the ZANIS Reporter that his
nephew was in Botswana on national duties.

Justice Chama set August 17 as the date for hearing.

  1. Mbesuma is alreday married. He has son named Morrientes. No wonder he cant score goal any more because he is scoring too much women.

  2. Did this so called Mbesume not know that he was required in court on that particular day? No one is above the law. Anyway, why is he being sued for fathering the child? Is he not supporting the child? How old is the mother? is she under age? No.2 you say he is married – what poor wife would like to see her hubby in court over another woman? shame. Mbesuma you should score at home.

  3. Let the truth be established. Did Mbesuma accept responsibilty of this child, and if so is he supporting his child..period. This man just want to suck Mbesuma of some tu-cash. Mbesuma is married with a son of about the same age,to the mentioned daugter.

Mbesuma go attend court and take responsibilities of your daughter. Dont let such matter embarras you, Just take care of your Child and pay damages if did not pay. Marriage is out unless Ulefwaya impali which is not illegal in Zed

  4. Ba shikulu bake shikulu balefwaya apakulila, ubunga bwapwa. How does he want Mbesuma to marry his daughter when he knows that Mbesuma is already married. The daughter should have told her parents already ati pali abalefwaya ukungupa. But its like such has not taken place. What intentions does he want to know. He should just ask for child support, in any case its the mother of the child to go to court and not a grandpa. Bamukaika K10…

  5. Mbesuma shouldnt use his fame and money to sleep around and think its cool. The fact that they are taking him to court means he has been an absentee daddy. I hope the courts slap him with a hefty maintainance charge so he can grow up.

  6. Don’t just critise Mbesuma for this. If anyone of us has never slept with another woman who is not is wife or stable girlfriend throw derogatory words on him.It is all about money the father to the girl wants and nothing else. I can’t even see fame as a source of what you guys are saying. I think Mbesuma is a decent chap who has just found himself with wrong a family at a wrong time.I dont think so he can fail to support his own blood.

  7. #7. All of us have slept with other women but we use condoms to avoid pregnance. Why didn’t he use a condom. He knew what he was doing. He should be forced to marry the girl. Having money does not mean distributing kids anyhow. He should be responsible. I support #6. This guy should be taught a lesson. After all he is even finished. He will be another Litana.

  8. What do you guys (power 2 the people) mean by ‘married’? Even if Mbesuma is ‘married’ he can still take a second wife. This is Africa not Europe.and some people do marry more than one wife

  9. Anyway Mbesuma take the advice of the monk, TWALAKUSHIKA NOMBALINE. Please, take care of your own blood. She is very innocent. Dont Produce street kids,Man. Mwebapongoshi bakwa Mbesuma umwana wenu nikatoba mayanda! Naiwe walafwa. Pull up your socks.

  10. Mbesuma is innocent over the issue. Its only that the girl is amoung those who like ‘ukudonka’.Thus, let guy GO!

  11. The scores for Zambia are very disappointing, surely how can you loss to Botswana?I strongly think we can even loss to Tanzania! Can some one some where help, what is wrong for us to be the so called second best? Please help.

  12. These are Mbesuma’s personal issues. The only thing I can advise him is that if he is trully the father, then he must take care of the child but marriage is a different scenario where he has an option to marry or not.

On the child he has no other option but simply to take care of the child.

It has to be proved that indeed he is the father. He can not be forced to marry the girl.

  13. Mbesuma for the sake of soccer prosperity avoid mixing impopo et football walapwilila et twashika sana boyi, chibesa alikwi?

  14. Mule keni fyakwe chitole, bushe aba bonse ba komboka kuli cida bena teba ntu. He will die like a DOG. Infact he is now clubless as Portsmouth do not want him and other club wants him in Europe, so ni pa South aka ya chapwa

  15. Mbesuma mwai che watch your step remember “SAFETY KULI SUNGA WE MWINE”. If u can not keep your snake in your pants whenever u see girls legs then remember to dress yor snake before………… Look at our country and the rest of the world, it is not just the same. Things have changed. Stick to to your wife and, do your job now, earn some money and live life afterwards. Muli seka seka emufuma lila lila. Naleka
