  1. Picture 20 First lady: You see now , that is the problem of spending too much time from her husband. Was she not supposed to take a Glass of Jameson instead of water to her husband for the toast? This woman travels too much and has now even forgotten her husband’s favorite drink-Ma Jamasoni

    • Always great to see Zambians celebrating together. All the useless Govt. officials with their ‘die young’ beer bellies and the gyrating women and girls.

      KK tili pamodzi!!!

    • The report on the glass of water is wrong. The president is holding a glass of wine for the toast. It’s like the reporters are scared to call it a glass of wine, but there is nothing wrong with calling it wine. In actual fact, the president himself is happy about it and I don’t think he minds calling it what it is.

    • If the best thing you see in others is always negative, maybe it’s time to look in the mirror. It could be the other person you see who is an irritant.

  2. Useless drunkard lungu. Look how all smiles he was when toasting alchohol. We should do away with these colonial way of celebrating independence. do we really need the army? this is what the colonial masters did.

  3. Ba observer surely we are Zambians I can feel you jealous and envy for ECL. That’s why we will vote for him with so much hatred we can’t vote for HH.

  4. VOTE Lungu and not HH. Too much evilness with HH supporters and the whole party.
Lets give Lungu another chance, he did not create these problems but forsure he will try solving them.
    VOTE EL 2016

  5. By the way, their leader HH shuns national events where the President and other national leaders are. Yet he wants to be President of Zambia and expects us to be with him when he hosting national events if he should become Zambian President. No way!!! Zambians should by now know the personality of HH. He is too conceited and wants to hold his national events away from where the President and other leaders are. How do we really vote for such a cold-blooded and conceited person for President with the warmth Zambians are known to radiate worldwide?

  6. 1. The performance by ZNS seems to lack precision. Not impressive going by the pics.
    2. How old is freedom fighter Cuthbert Kolala? He seems too young to have been involved in the independence struggle… so exactly which freedom fight did he gain this distinguished tag from?
    3. Again…how old is that Limulunga pupil greeting Mswati? Surely that guy is a teacher and not a pupil?
