Mrs Banda said epilepsy has put other physical health challenges on the country saying there was need to devise a system that will look at issue.

She noted that forth coming epilepsy Conference is important for the country as it will give an opportunity to people living with epilepsy to interact and learn new developments about their condition.

  1. Pipo is there any cure 4 epilapsy? Is it the one we call kunyu? Hope they wil not only talk about stigma. The disease is bad. It attacks at wrong times. A 13 yr old gal drowned in a river coz of it.

  2. This is a good idea cos they can listen and learn from other countries how to treat, and also how to look after the affected pipo. This goes to show that we are willing to learn from others.
I just hope that they will put into practice every thing they learn. A problem shared is a problem halved.

  3. Mrs TB, make sure you wear the cloths Zoe and Babie C choose for you or else you will be locked in the S/ House until you improve your dressing . Also try to smile, dont look as if you have seen Njoka.

  4. Would like to support them. Stopped over at their stand last Saturday. They were checking blood pressure for a small donation. Was a good move. My blood pressure was normal. They were distributing pamphlets too- got one myself. It is indeed good to feel for others!
