PF leadership at its best. You would think Lungu and Jean Kapata would have attended. This is an opportunity to promote both domestic and international tourism. Showcasing heritage, culture, diversity, traditions, languages. These people are something else and not sure how they got their jobs. One would think they can advertise: “Discover Mutomboko” in hotels, restaurants etc. and where is the Zambia Tourism Board? Did they attend and promote this ceremony. We are paying Felix Chaila and Jean Kapata for absolutely nothing people. Can’t have people who just sit, sleep, eat and po.op because that’s not what tax payers money should be paying for. But when its time to fly out of the country they are number one and good at wasting and spending our money.
