Milenge District Commissioner James Nyenjele has appealed to Government to re-visit the construction of the trades training Institute whose works have stalled.
Mr. Nyenjele made the appeal when Luapula Province Permanent Secretary Buleti Nsemukila paid a courtesy call on him.
He said the people of Milenge were waiting for the completion of the trades School in the district for skills empowerment.
Mr. Nyenjele added that the trades training Institute is a torch light for most of the youths because it will empower them with life skills and create jobs.
The DC also appealed for a fully fledged police station for his district to enhance security in the area as the District is a border town with the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
He said the district also needs an increased presence of other security wings because of the sensitive nature of the district and its delicate location with Congo.
The so-called massive infrastructure development has ended after all the Eurobonds were stolen. Lots of these white elephants dotted around the country. Zambia Railways is still in a deplorable state. No new power stations and powercuts persist up to 8 hours per day. The Chingola-Solwezi road and the Kitwe-Chingola dual carriageway have not been done. Lots of empty and broken promises. PF is a bunch of liars and thieves.

I don’t agree with you buck teeth, people need to be responsible for the nation if you say they have stolen money do you have any evidence, if you don’t just keep quiet.
You cannot accuse people just like that Zambians need to be careful about what they say stealing from public is a serious matter not to be taken lightly.
Corruption kills and we cannot tolerate any such vices people can be imprisoned .
You cannot call people thieves and go Scott free stealing is not why we put people into power , we elect them to be responsible enough to look after our resources not to steal.
