A*maule. Legs not crossed and wide open. Dora is wearing almost $2,000 pair of shoes. Google red bottom heels and see what they cost. Yet students in Zambia cannot even pay school fees. These thieves in office need to be investigated. Sleeping their way to the top just so they can make it. One was just caught parading at a nightclub drunk! The other had her ex using a fake passport gallavanting all the way in the US using Zambians tax payers money and noting was done about it. No discipline! Not fired and shows you Lungu does not care who he hires or what they do. No b-alls like Michael Sata because these f-ools would not have lasted this long. These ministers know weak Lungu cannot touch them. Even Kambwili is laughing all the way to the bank. He gets to keep his properties.
These are pillars ministers for Eastern Province , not even the likes of Nicholas Banda can be compared, CEEC was given to the peanut butterman because of a white man i guess if it was a local he couldnt be given unless he or she is in government
So disappointed with many of you bloggers..why should the dress code of the 2 ministers cause so much hate and infringe on you you useless rights??? Like it or not, the Two women ministers in the photos have not abrogated any dress code and they are as beautiful as they are dressed and they are representing all the women of this planet which has become full of misogynists like you!!!!! Dora and Margaret..you look gorgeous and keep it up?
Surely they will keep it( for men ) up with those mini skirts….starting with chisanga,s mpezeni and probably yours as u write from ur office alone..God knows wat u upto

That dress code in North America Dora is exhibiting is when people are going out to private functions or delegate parties not office wear. The white beads attached to the outfit and shoes is outrageous because how is one to walk without their feet getting tired. Bright red lipstick is usually a no! no! and one is asked to tone it down because roles like being a minister are different from being a call-girl. But then again how would you know since you are dumb as f*uck like the two women. A woman with kegs crossed shows respect for herself and not wanting the whole world to see her i*chinena! Unless of course that is the intention behind it. Etiquette is very hard and a tough act to know but one can learn.
