PATRIOTIC Front (PF)Secretary General Davies Mwila has cautioned all PF members to desist from exposing their differences in opinions to the media.

This follows a purported altercation between PF Roan Member of Parliament (MP) Chishimba Kambwili and Mpulungu PF MP Freedom Sikazwe in Parliament on Friday.

The duo is said to have differed after Dr Kambwili uttered a question to Ms Wina during the Vice-President’s question time.

Over the weekend, the Sunday Nation newspaper carried a story quoting Mr Sikazwe saying Dr Kambwili was “bitter” over a contract tender he supposedly canceled against the Roan MP.

Mr Mwila declined to comment on the alleged feud between Dr Kambwili and Mr Sikazwe, who is Presidential Affairs Minister, but advised that no differences should be settled in the media.

“No one should go to the media to talk about issues that are supposed to be discussed internally and whoever will continue, stern action will be taken against them and there will be no debate,” Mr Mwila said.

He said there must be order in the ruling party for it to lead the country towards meaningful development.

And Mr Mwila has disclosed that Vice-President Inonge Wina counselled PF Roan Member of Parliament (MP) Chishimba Kambwili and Copperbelt PF youth chairperson Nathan Chanda to co-exist for the unity of the party.

Dr Kambwili, who is former Information and Broadcasting Services minister, and Mr Chanda, who is Luanshya Mayor, have been reprimanded following an altercation this year.

The duo were alleged to have differed after Dr Kambwili accused Mr Chanda of being a wizard who was behind his dismissal from Cabinet by President Edgar Lungu last year.

A PF disciplinary tribunal called the duo to appear before it separately with witnesses and the findings of the panel, which is chaired by PF national chairperson Ngosa Simbyakula, presented its findings to the party central committee which is chaired by President Lungu.

The central committee reprimanded Dr Kambwili in writing, while the duo was directed to reconcile at a meeting to be chaired by Ms Wina, who is Republican Vice-President.

PF Secretary General Davies Mwila said in an interview yesterday that the reconciliatory meeting chaired by Ms Wina was held at Cabinet office last month and both parties were urged to move on in unison.

“We now expect both parties to move on and put the incident behind them for the sake of the party,” he said.

    • An ignorant, backwards person.

You can have an inclination that he is probably bully in his own home.

What tenets of PF governance is he referring to, to start with ?

Threats are a last resort with a man with no vocabulary, it is said.

      Thanks

    • Ignore him!
This Mwila bandit is referring to violent Kaizer Zulu who was yesterday hounded off visionless Lungu’s laps by an etiquette Caf security measures.
Can people remind Mwila that PF is a party that was founded publicly with violence? Not long ago, all people witnessed how PF bandits at Kabwe Rocks lifted axes, hands & pangas to “anoint” Lungu as PF president. Dr Guy Scott was left shocked by the in~house PF violence.
PF bandits will never stop fighting publicly, KZ taught them about it at caf u20. Violence in PF is here to stay!

    • @skeleton brain, the only known violent thugs are you blood thirsty United Dunderhead animals that are on record of inciting violence on social media, spreading false news, leading your naïve over zealous cadres into dangerous situations that leads to clashes with the police and lets not forget attacks on non United Dunderhead members in your strongholds! Those are facts! PF has shown democracy in exercising differing opinions whereas you United Dunderheads continue to tell your naked tribal emperor how wonderful his clothes are-you’ve been doing this since 2006 and your emperor continues to run around naked thinking he is wearing the best garments thanks to the lies of his followers- you must thank us for telling Hungry Hyena the truth which you cretins fail to do!

    • Mr Mwila is right.

You don’t wash dirt linen in public.
If you have grievances you resolve them in private.

We don’t want people who are proud of fighting in public, like Garry Nkombo of the UPND.

Even children are shocked because the are told both at home and in the first week of nursery class.

You can resolve differences in private, not where you want even newborn babies to know that an old man enjoys fighting.

    • Juju hypnotized pf cadres, it’s like there is a Senegalese force that controls them, what was kaiza zulu doing, fighting with caf officials.

    • Peace for Zambia, your kaiza zulu spoiled Zambia’s chances, instead of 99% of hosting, it is now 40%.

Why has LT not reported about Kaiza zulu’s childish Senegalese behavior.

    • These are the company Lazy keeps empty tins that make him look like a god…this one and Kaizer. Its no surprised he looks subservant when he meets other heads of States.

    • ….. And the corruption going on how much Tenders and contracts are important to these people whatever they pretend to do for the rest of us are bread crumbs on meant to perpetuate their grip on power and resources most importantly. Davis Mwila is not the first and neither will he be the last to issue such a statement we have heard it too many times before in regimes past. You are just a bunch of thieves and crooks … even Mr. Mwila himself given his recent mutterings when he addressed Cadres in Kabwe

  1. This Kaizer chap is a total disgrace. It seems there are some serious upbringing gaps. By being close to the President, the guy believes he is the alpha and the omega

  2. How does a difference over a contract tender become a PF internal issue? All these guys are very dull! And we expect our country to develop? Good luck!

  3. This ugly looking monitor lizard Davis is always the one issuing statements against other party members in his own party kikiki he is a bigot. Please why aren’t you reporting about kaiser zulus embarrassing behaviour at the afcon. You pathetic thugs

  4. In short this dull thing is saying dont disclose our corrupt dealings to the public…remember everything bum says has the blessing of Lazy!!

  5. Skeleton, keep on dreaming,no pangas or machetes as you claim were @ Mulungushi Rock of Authority. We had only bottled water, Guy Scott and Masebo searched all patriotic members to the bone. Stop hallucinating. UPND lost hands down. Leaving in denial

  6. What a retard this Kabwe-drivel-spewing thug. He’s not fit for the job of party SG and on top of that I don’t like him. I look forward to the day soon when Mumbi Phiri will take over. Mwila is a ruthless illiterate. Dirty brute. Can’t believe this cockroach was our Minister of Home Affairs

  9. is he also going to apologise for that embarrassment KZ caused to the people of Zambia? or to him that incident was imagined by people who are “bitter” it didn’t happen.

  10. LUSAKATIMES is a PF Vuvuzela. What a shame!

    1. when Dora’s/Mulabana Las Vegas Sex_capade/Army Worms scandal broke out, they self-censored & only published half the story, leaving out the juicy part.

    2. This week they refused to publish Kaizer Zulu’s shameful misconduct/manhandling at U20 Finals.

When LUNGU sees LT self-censoring, he thinks all independent media should be muzzled.

    • @maloza
How can they post something that has not been published or reported to the Police? Do not compare brief case facebook pages to them ..those that print anything whether true or false!!

  11. Is “airing differences” really problem or is it the need to behave like grown ups?

I’ll beat you up if you don’t take that back. Serious?!? Talk about under 5s…

  12. @maloza. LT is no PF Vuvuzela, otherwise your comments and those of NEZ could not be published. Keep it LT you are balanced.
