Does it mean she was also on the hitlist of the young man and therefore felt very jealousy?
Can someone explain why the offence always reads “charged with murder contrary to section 200 of the Penal Code Cap 87 of the Laws of Zambia”.
The key word being CONTRARY and if it is so, does that section of the law say how best someone must be killed or murdered such that if not done that way then it is deemed a crime? …
@Nsimbi, “Contrary”, etc etc yaaa its annoying.
But some can be murdered like that UPND girl from Chawama… Or murdering others over elections or not recognising

The case of bestiality involves a minor. If proven guilty , the minor may have a communal sentence such as sweeping the courtyard for three months.
Not in Zambia, go to prisons and they will tell you stories of stealing a chicken and charged with robbery.
