Rubbish Zambian presenters, can’t even pronounce “Ndola”.
Zambians love foreign as best, it’s the mindset we should change. An Investment by Dangote of $400Million, is nothing?? That’s where we always fall short as we lack vision. The Company is 2 years in Zambia, though has been in operation since late 1970s. Talking negative about Zambian workforce, and contractors, as an excuse to still use foreign workforce and suppliers. CEO and Senior Executive should be Zambian as one of the Investment conditions. ZDA should push for that.
Unfortunately thats what some Zambians think. They think foreign (especially South Africans in Africa) are far better than their own when there are wonderful experienced guys and girls in Zambia. You wonder why some experienced Zambians continue working abroad and whilst promotions are not so common for African abroad they atleast earn very good money to live a comfortable life.
Just another point why do you think UPND went to South Africa? again its a perception of Zambians are not equal they are inferior, imagine we do this to ourselves. God Bless Zambia

I am not sure what your beef is about UPND. When did UPND go to South Africa? To do what? If South Africans are demonstrating against Lungu’s dictatorship, do not blame UPND – instead blame Lungu who does not have the leadership qualities to manage a country without resorting to bully tactics and police brutality.

Don’t blame Dangote, his coming to Zambia top open up a cement factory has brought a bit of sanity to the construction industry. Larfage if left alone a 50kg pocked of cement could selling at as much as bewtwwn K120-K150. let us appreciate the investment coming into our country. Who can be all that stupid after investing U$400m plus and you let a local guy run such huge investment. Yes there are Zambian s who can can manage running big companies but the problem that we have is awarding each other PHD’s. I still cant believe the plans which Prof. Clive Chirwa whether they were phantom ones or real. Things just died like that and I still a goods train one every week. let us change our mind set.
