Our Judiciary has reduced itself to a tool of oppression in hands of the powerful, perveting Justice in exchange for a few pieces of silver!
The Savenda vs Stanbic case is just one of the many examples!
First of all, the deputy chief Injustice penned an emotionally charged and partisan missive to incite on behalf of PF contemptuous charges against a private citizen!
This is reprehensible and irresponsible conduct by our Judiciary to start doing the bidding of PF!
Let them be warned not to touch Mr HH if they want peace in this country! Emotions are running high and ourJudiciary should be seen to be the stabilizing force and not the agitator of civil strife! They should understand that HH and UPND commands support from the entire Northwestern half of the country!
If the Judiciary wants to be fair on matters of contempt of court, it would be fair for them to start from PF and its leaders who have habitual defied court orders with impunity starting with Mr Chagwa himself! Because…
Because Zambians have short memories, let them start with the recent Court order they defied which restrained them from deporting Mr Biti! Secondly, let them get Mr Sunday Chanda for threatening the Magistrate who summoned Dr Miti! What is good for PF should be good for everybody and vice versa!

$750million EUROBOND payment is due.
1.IMF and western countries will not bail out the PF .
2.China has stopped giving adding any loans to $12billion PF already owe.
3.Turkey is in a financial crisis.
