  1. Pic 1-So pastor banda is Enjoying iya mutolo.Um all those bling bling kind of stuff maybe i should be a pastor also.:-?

  2. Pic#3 – Ba Florence we love you but that imperialistic wig – no!

    Pic#4 – 4 babies! all natural, that’s remarkable

  3. pic#1…efyo nalekela ukupela ifyabupe,Bishop Joshua Banda mambala na phoni yamutengo filya…anyela kumasamba…takaufyampepo umutulo wandi.

  4. I bet Bishop Banda thinks pick pockters are found everywhere, i hope you also scure your bible like dat!!! And KALUMBA is already worried dat they have lost another seat to the PACT!!!! Nice posing by Renard but dats not the attire you put on when addressing Zed, pliz look like a really film star as we know you especially dat white shirt of yours you put on at the two last games we played at the Africa cup……………….:-?:d

  5. # 1. Respect men of God. Otherwise, LT keep it up. Well rounded and good pictures indeed. Now you are being very representative of the Zambian community that i know.

  6. The passing of Milanzi Constituency MP, Reuben Banda iz very sad. Wish the family God’s strength in this trying moment. I’d like to be enlightened; what time and energy do bereaved poeple have to change into the now common black attairez(clothez) at funeralz?

  7. Judiciary in Zambia has failed to move with the times. They must be the only ones still wearing colonial wigs in the whole world.

  8. Lusaka looks so dirty and to add those floods makes thing even more worse i wonder what the town clerk or who ever is responsible for that town is doing about it?

  9. leave my pastor alone,I bought him that phone! pic 18 Wow Dora Silya in boots, had she just been wading through the flood waters in Kamwala?

  10. Good Evening

Always nice to see the weekend pics.

Pic #9 I remember wading through pools of water in the Kamwala Market area when I was a lad over 20 yrs ago, it is appaling to see thatthe spot still floods in the rainy season.

Otherwise very good coverage LT and nice to see the way most foreigners, esp. the Chinese easily adapt to the African way of life – Africa is the home of humanity indeed.:)>-

  11. So even a pastor having a pouch for his phone should become a big issue. But kwena twaliba petty I cant believe this.:o

  12. The bishop is putting the tithes that his sheeple think are for a good cause when he is splashing on luxuries, meantime orphans and widows are suffering when in the bible they are the ones that need them. Pic 2 dude with the wine glass, It’s a long time since I saw a shiny LEXIN material which from what I remember from my uniform used to make a lot of noise from friction. Umm dora Siliya used to be thick now she is in the BBW category. Sup with the chinese sitting as if they are on pit latrines? the food must get digested really fast

  13. pic #1 At first i thought ba Bishop balefisa wallet pa ntweno mwitoloshi, nshachimona bwino, manje after second look i see its a phone balebika bwino hahhhh
Nice pictures especially de one with 4 babies, you need two baby seaters, lol

  14. In todays Post Rev Lumba talked about men of the pulpit that have turned into professional commissioners drawing huge sums of money from various commissions. Unfortunately this man of gold Rev Banda happens to be one of them and as if these moneys are not enough he even gets an executive salary from his church while his junior pastors most probably hadly make ends meet.

  15. [-( Ba LT, who told you that Bishop Banda’s phone is expensive. And what determines an expensive phone? Would you rather he was carrying a Nokia 5110? Or would you rather he doesn’t secure it coz thieves will be bouncing off him. A weird way of commenting on a photo, it doesn’t feel professional nor relevant.

  16. What is most hypocritical is saying “widows and orphans are suffering and the guy buys an expensive cellphone” So many people, on this site and elsewhere, even some poor people have nice things. It’s not a crime. We dont even know whether the man sacrifices for the unfortunate on a frequent basis. You don’t know maybe he’s being industrious pa side to be able to buy a decent suit and a decent phone. If he were in rags you’d still have something negative to say. Where there is misappropriation or extreme excess we say something, otherwise don’ t be hypocritical criticizing christians and their leaders all the time. These days it’s almost like it’s a default response.

  17. #24 Take it easy ..it is just a comment on a photo..are you a man of GOLD too?

Pic #7 Nice shot of Katele Kalumba. He looks healthy. It is not easy to sit like that at that age. He must be in very good physical shape and fit.

Pic #4 Congratulations my dear ..of course not to your pocket. What a blessing you have. However number of holes develop in your pockets, just feel proud and blessed for God to give you a privilege of being called SHIMPUNDU TO THE POWER OF 2. Some of us have been struggling to just get one and you get 4 in one shot!. You are the man!!!

  18. Raise money for Haiti indeed! how ludicrous, is this misplaced priorities or what? while you are at it,you should also raise a similar amount for the people of Misisi who have vacated their homes because the flood waters are in their living rooms

  19. #24 I agree with you, how did LT know that the phone was expensive? the comment is meant to incite indigination that a bishop has an expensive phone….and whats wrong with that? Ba LT on this one that was childish!!!!

  20. Pastor Imakando your Haiti intiative is great but Zambia has areas that look just like Haiti. So why not start from there.

  21. picture numbala 4 awe mudala u should give me your secret to such power. 4 bane! mmmm there was nthwenunani the nyt she got pregnant. awe zambian power fye. he should act in porn this man. am sure he is blessed

  22. #10 Ba Christa still looking good! She was my senior many moons ago at secondary school, and even then she was a bullet! Siliya take note!

  23. Chinese eat like that in China. What is the price tag of the ‘expensive’ phone? Floods in Lusaka will be there awaiting donor countries to fix the problem.

  24. Yeah ! very soon i will be swimming in luxuries like bishop josua banda and joe imakando. All i need is a keybord ,some pretty girls to form a praise group and finally an obama like eloquency then i will be done.I will make sure that my junior pastors will have no say so that i wont have to share my reap with too many hands except my with my lovely wife and children whom i hope to send to the states for school ,while my church members children continue going to kalingalinga and bauleni schools.I will own a fleet of cars and a big home while my members will continue coming to church using bicycles and busses laden with drunk call boys and drivers whose last encounter with soap and water only God knows.Easy dont be quick to judge me the bembas say ubomba mwibala alya mwibala.:-?

  25. What exactly is the “..Haiti Help initiative ” People in suits in Zambia love titles of ideas and meetings of stuff that yields “JACK”. I bet them dudes have in the past setup an initiative to help orphans on the streets.

  26. Nice photos
Its sad to see that the govt has done nothing to avoid floods during the rainy season. At times you wonder exactly what our govt is doing because most the companies are private owned and yet they are still failing to maintain whatever structures were left by KK. If you carry out a survey you will notice that our govt spends 90% of 365 days in a year :-@:-@ than doing their job.

  27. Who says men of God should not have an expensive phone or have expensive things. God has blessed him with expensive items. You should check out Creflo Dollar and the likes they have planes now you talk over a phone. Work hard and God will bless you as well.

  28. Pic#21 China Man conforms to the adage,When you go to Rome do what the Romans do.But his colleages in Pic #14 and 15 are not eating Nshima……….they should be given a PI. 😕

  29. Surely, People…is the phone all you see when you look at Joshua Banda.Take time to see ‘Liberating Truth’ maybe you’ll have a second opinion.

  30. All you people going on about the phone are hypocritics. Am sure you have all at one time treated yourselves to material things while your poor relative somewhere sleeps hungry. And who says a man of God can’t have the good things in life. He’s only human mwe bantu. All this negative talk about every little thing is really becoming boring, how will Zambia develop when we have so many unconstructive minds.

  31. A varied range of picutres. Good job LT. As for Pic# 4 Wow! Is that family going to get some sort of help or sponsorship to raise those young babies? It is going to be very expensive, but it is a priceless gift from God. I wish the family all the best. Comment 37 by Lifebuoy Striker – in a way you are right, for many pastors it is “Jesus for money”!

  32. pic 4. best wishes to familly. calling on state and well wishers to lend a hand. the mother (33 year woman ) is the only person in the photo not named. i think she is the biggest star of this moment LT.

  33. It’s a shame that every year we talk about the same floods. Are we going anywhere at all? Next year it will be the same story. I have seen that in our Zambian culture we always watch something when it is even to small to be regulated. Ministers pass on small pot holes which could be easily mended. When they become gorges on the road we ask for assistance from abroad.

    Cant we look after ourselves?

  34. THE BIBLE SAYS THE POOR U ALWAY HAVE THEM AROUND YOU, SO I SEE NO REASON WHY A PASTOR SHUDNT HAVE A VERY EXPENSIVE FONE, BUT YOU, ITS POVERTY MENTALITY TO THINK PASTORS SHUD BE BEGGERS FROM YOU RICH CHAPS BUT FOOLISH AT THE SAME TIME,
SO LEAVE MY LOVELY PASTORS ALONE . PASTORS PLSE BUY LIMO IF U WANT OR BY A VERY EXPENSIVE CLOTHS, AFTER ALL THEY NOT PART OF THE PPLE THAT BRING OFFERING & TITHE , ITS NOT YO MONI, SO SHUT YO BEAKS PLSE.

  35. There is nothing wrong for the Bishop to have an expensive phone, that just shows he is well taken care of by the members.God bless you.

  36. Leave my pastors alone. We ask for help from other countries why can we be of help to others too. You cannot compare what happened in haiti to what we have here and unless you are saying all those countries sending help to Haiti have no problems of their own. You may not know what they do back home which is never published. So please leave my Bishops alone. KEEP IT UP MEN OF GOD. We will continue to give offering and tithe.

  37. Let’s learn to honor our own. All these negative comments over a cell phone. Bishop Banda is a very balanced individual. So how have you determined that the phone he has is expensive. What make is it by the way?

  38. #1… That is poverty mentality, you want ba bishop with a chiness made nokia? Renew your mind, to be christian, does nt mean u need to be poor, read the bible!

  39. That is my bishop very proud of him. He is very much aware of the devil everywhere he goes. May God keep thieves away from him.
