It’s shameful for Kambwili and Kalaba to now claim that PF government is corrupt

Transport and Communications Minister Hon Mutotwe Kafwaya

Transport and Communications Minister Mutotwe Kafwaya says it is shameful for Chishimba Kambwili and Harry Kalaba to insist that the PF government is corrupt now that they are out of government.

Mr Kafwaya says the best time for the two leaders to have criticized the PF government over corruption is when they were inside.

He challenged the two leaders to concentrate on selling their manifestos to the Zambian people if they to stand a chance of winning an election.

Mr Kafwaya who is also Lunte PF Member of Parliament said it is difficult to understand why people who enjoyed the privileges of being Ministers are now seeing everything wrong with PF.

He said Zambia is now yearning for ideas that will help develop the country and not the rhetoric spread by the two.

  1. The Zambian opposition is the equivalent of the SDA, they can’t tell us why we should follow them without disparaging others. 99.99% of their sermons are about how bad others, but they’ve their own issues some of which are even worse. Even the alternatives they offer are too simplistic to be serious. We want articulate proposals for change not these jokes they’re peddling

    • Can we please NOT bring churches into our discussions. Am sure we are old enough to distinguish between politics and church.

    • Fear of dismissal is the reason why they would not shout out loud that PF was corrupt. No one currently in PF government would dare say the PF government is corrupt because they would be fired instantly.

    • Minister Mutotwe Kafwaya if you were half the man Kalaba has turned out to be you wouldn’t even have mentioned him. You’re forgetting that with respect he resigned and it is because of unwarranted attacks on him that he actually even mentioned the rampant corruption in the PF govt which is for everyone to see.

    • Very immature and insensitive from this coward called Ayatollah. Why do we have such people in the world in the first place. Out of everything one can say, just to go and pluck out a church, extremely dall sperm

    • The UPND has 2 majority followers, Tongas and Adventists. I don’t see any difference in how the SDA members demean those that don’t worship with them and how the UPND treats those that don’t support them. They insult others like there’s no God. Just oppose them at their forums and how much spite they’ll vent on you

    • Mr Ayattola, Your kind of reasoning is what has brought our mother Zambia to it’s knees. Mind you there are plenty SDA members in PF.

  2. Actually Kalaba and Kambwili are spot on corruption in the PF government. where has all the 19 billion dollars borrowed by government gone such that the economy of zambia keeps getting worse by the second?. corruption. Overpriced roads, useless overpriced fire tenders.

  3. Why isnt there anyone who check how the money flow out of Zambia to bank accounts belonging to Lungu and all the others sitting in the Government ? Just follow the money, follow the big mining companies, look who they pay, instead of paying the tax to make Zambia grow. Follow the money. We all know that PF Lungu is corrupt.

  4. In future years students of Zambian politics will be tought how lungu presided over the most violent corrupt damaging enterprise , PF , to have ruled Zambia.

From when lungu started brutalising the opposition like no other before him , we knew Zambia is doomed under his leadership.

  5. Kafwaya – just by you name kufwaya fwaya even what to say. There’s no smoke without fire. Even the Footes of this world stated something to the extent of corruption.

  7. In this life, pity and shame yourself. Kambwili like any citizen has right to excerse freedom of speech. Worry about what you are doing to address poverty and plight of voters. What have you achieved since 2011 ?

  8. corruption is every in the world even in the USA,BRITAIN.Why is Britain straggling over BREXIT? so don’t waste time talking on corruption but bring solutions to end this vise.CK and kalaba indeed should concentrate on sailing their manifesto before they are consumed by UPND and at the end there will be no CK and kalaba.Dont plan to fail but plan to successed.

    • mudala even if corruption is everywhere does that mean you have to entertain or escalate it further? this is the reason corruption can’t end because people are making it a norm or turning it to become a thing of tradition, or something that is generally acceptable like bad leadership in African countries.

  9. Can Ministers serving in the Zambian government point out the corruption in there as intolerant as your government is. Don’t demonise Kambwili and Kalaba, there are very free to point out corruption at any time of their lives, whether in government or out of government,Don’t mislead people, corrupt regime

  10. Kafwaya has a very short memory – the memory of a snail! Mulusa was bold enough to tell the nation about the cabinet decision to buy the fire engines he rightly called “wheelburrows” and the nation knows what action the corrupt leader took. The rest is history. The populace adjudge you as being shallow when you try to defend the indefensible. You better keep your mouth shut than to open it to confirm what we already know.
