United Party for National Development (UPND) Secretary General Winstone Chibwe says Vice President George Kunda’s thinking capacity is letting him down.
Mr. Chibwe alleged that the medical examinations that were carried on Mr. Kunda in South Africa were not complete.
Reacting to the vice President’s statement that the MMD will continue to hammer on the UPND, and that the UPND has lost most of its members to the newly formed ADD party, Mr. Chibwe questioned Mr. Kunda’s sanity.
Meanwhile, Mr. Chibwe says the Vice President should stop concentrating on the progress of the UPND because he is not the party’s Secretary General. He added that the Vice President is not even a UPND cadre hence he must concentrate on how the country can be developed.
He said the fact that Mr. Kunda and the entire MMD have been talking about the UPND all the time is a sign that they are losing ground.

Mr. Chibwe, this is simply a red herring. Has the UPND lost most of its members to the newly formed ADD? This is what we want to know and not whether Vice President Kunda is sane according to your standards.
You have simply failed to challenge Vice President Kunda on the issue. You have failed to debunk his statement. This lets me believe that Vice President Kunda is right when he stated that the UPND has lost most of its members to the newly formed ADD. The reason is because you avoided the issue.

In most cases when members of a certain party defect to go to another party,they normally announce it publicly that a number of members from UPND have defected to mmd or whatever party,they even show their party cards as proof and issue a statement to that effect.In this case,the VP took it upon himself to announce defections,without any proof.In LAW that is HEARSAY,in laymans language its HALLUCINATIONS, due sometimes to a heavy dosage of medication

We very much know that AAD, is a kantemba party sponsored by the MANY MARIAGES AND DIVORCIES(MMD) to try and confuse the opposition, we as the people are not fools who can be mislead by Shameless politicians like GK and his boss Bwezani ziko kumbuyo. It is now very clear that Milupi’s party was sponsored by MMD to eat into UPND. Of late George has been saying UPND is losing members in Southern Province to ADD of Milupi. Am now believing that RB, George, VJ are running nuts. Why on earth should George promote ADD at the expense of his party which is striving to attract attention from Southerners? George has assumed the role of spokesperson for Milupi. Milupi should be happy, anyway they know their game. Milupu will surely get a hefty pay-cheque. RB, George have really lowered the quality of president and veep of Zambia. The level of their engagement in politivs is substanndard. Their political performance has plummeted down and they’ve even started digging.
I understand that George Kunda is a lawyer but what comes out of his mouth is so appalling and betrays the law profession. Not long ago during the Solwezi bye elections campaign he urged the electorate to vote for MMD candidate because only they have the access to the nations resources. It is utterances like these that make him such a retarded chap. As he stands today he is as good as incapacitated and seriously not fit for office.
