Expose the 2011 candidate, UPND/PF pact urged.

Share

Citizens Forum Executive Secretary Simon Kabanda

Two civil society organizations have called on the Patriotic Pront (PF and the United Party for National Development (UPND) pact to expose the leader who will be contesting the 2011 elections.

Southern African center for constructive resolution of disputes SACCORD information officer Obby Chibuluma says that once the leaders is exposed, the cracks reported in the pact will be addressed.

He said that the pact risks losing its value if such issues are not addressed by the two leaders, Hakainde Hichilema and Michael sata.

Mr. Chibuluma said that the pact should solve its issues because Zambia needs a stronger opposition for the benefit of checks and balances.

He noted that if the opposition is weak, then government would have its own way in leading the nation.

Mr Chibuluma said it is important that the deadlock in the PF/UPND pact is resolved to ensure that the Zambia political atmosphere is balanced.

Mr. Chibuluma was speaking last evening on Public’s Last Say.

And speaking on the same programme, Citizens Forum executive Secretary Simon Kabanda said what is happening in the pact is disappointing to the people.

He observed that that the pact belongs tof Zambians, and the obtaining scenario is a great disappointment.

Mr. Kabanda has maintained that the only people that can solve the current challenges are the two leaders.

  1. Why do people speak for me as a Zambian? I for one do not think the pact or pack of animals belongs to me. Also, they did not have to form a pact to be an effective opposition as they could have done that as separate entities. In fact what you got when they joined together was an opposition that dealt only in insults without articulating any policy alternatives for the future development of the country. This pact thing has been in existence for more than a year but we have yet to learn of any concrete policies vis a vis the economy, education, governance, health, environment etc never mind as to whom their presidential candidate will be.

  2. THERE WILL BE NO PACT PRESIDENT FORTUNATELY FOR MMD. WE NEED OPPOSITION THAT ARE NOT SELFISH, THE CURRENT CROP OF OPPOSITION IS WEAK AND OF LOW MORAL CALIBRE

  3. Who leads the PACT? This is a million dollar question. Sata commands more votes than HH. HH holds the broking power for both RB and sata. So how is the PACT going to pick it president? First they have to dissolve their parties which means going for by elections in all the consitituencies where PF and UPND have MPs. Is this possible? Or they dont dissolve their parties but elect a candidate in waiting until parliament is dissolved. Or should we cross the bridge before we reach it? It is not easy Mr Chibuluma and Mr. Kabanda.

  4. I think its better to dissolve the pact and start afresh for these two opposition parties. Both of them will surely want to be president, cant wait to see.Sata can never let someone else rule, and HH the way they picked him from slumber to be president he wont want to step down.He should have just let Sakwiba or Patrick Chisanga or Sichinga there. Now, we cant even have an option.MMD should go back from the circus happening I dont know!!!!!

  5. THEIR IS NO PACT WORTH TALKING ABOUT. ITS PIPO LIKE KABANDA AND HIS DIRTY CHIN WHO BELONG TO THE PACT. HH CAN EVER GIVE UP JUST LIKE HE PUSHED OUT SAKI OUT OF UPND ON THE STRENGTH ON BEING A TONGA. SATA BY ALL MEANS TO BE LEADER BUT AGAIN THE CONSITUTION WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO STAND. THE PACT IS NOTHING BUT A FAIRY TALE

  6. Another disillusioned PF cadre who has burnt all bridges and only to find himself trapped in this irredemable quagmire.

  7. Please do understand that the PF will never embrace internal democracy or hold party elections to produce legitimate leaders other than appointments Sata makes. They will never open up democratic space to any extent yet they want to misrule a democratic nation and people. I must hasten to say my conclusion is not based on normative assumptions about the PF being immoral, dishonest, or un-Zambian, etc. It is based on a purely rational analysis of the dictatorial incentives in PF play behind the premature death of the so-called pact with Ichilema. The fact is that the PF does not have any incentive to open up intraparty democratic space. Sata is naturally allergic to democracy and does not have incentive to risk losing power to any progressive.

  8. The composition of the PF is made up of the radicals, the chauvinists, tribal bigots and all amoral political opportunists. On the other hand, the UPND left by late management icon Anderson Kambela Mazoka now being betrayed by infantile Ichilema is constituted of the reformists, the pragmatists and idealists. This said, we see that the so-called Pact now in the abortion chamber lacks a definite ideology on the basis of which to pursue its objectives, and its approach as well as strategies as opposition do not always serve the interest of the nation.

  9. And since their defeat in 2001, 2006 and 2008, they have lost national character and spirit instead they have been evolving around insults and lies. Here they are like tad-pods in a swimming pool among big fish left in their own created political doldrums. As a result of pact nonsense, the once viable UPND, as an organized political opposition in the country has become feeble, and both with PF are nowhere close to ideologically-based political oppositions that would make any meaningful change better than RB’s centrist MMD.

  10. Reality hitting them real hard.Choose Sata as Pact President and the Pact will collapse.Go for HH as Pact President,it will still collapse.Sad reality.Everybody knows about this fact including HH and Sata.Only those Pact supporters who have chosen to bury their heads in sand cant see but certainly deep inside their hearts know this harsh reality. There is nothing like PACT right now cos tensions within are escalating at an alarming speed.

  11. Lets do a good “Game Theory” here or see a typical “Prisoner’s Dilemma” in this circus.

The so-called Pact now in the abortion chamber lacks a definite ideology on the basis of which to pursue its objectives, and its approach as well as strategies as opposition.

  12. Instead of cracks, the so-called pact in its abortion theatre has actually got some craters practically impossible to hold any waters.

  13. i always thought the PACT was in control of its affairs. It is now a fact that they are not as evidenced by the variance of HH and Winter Kabimba on the adoption of Chadiza/Kaoma candidates. I am extremely dissappointed with HH’s politics of trying to drag ECZ into their mess. I could not believe it and i am happy Winter exposed him as childish and economic with the truth. He seems to be desperate because he is the weaker partner in the alliance. Between the two i preferred HH to Sata who has been on GRZ payroll half his life. For now am at a loss as neither of them inspire.
In the beginning, i thought it was tactful that they didnt announce their presidential candidate as they didnt want to walk into MMDs trap. Yet going by what has been reported in the press, there is more confusion.

  14. And Jesus said, ” light and darkness cannot work together. Ignoring these teachings are at owners’ risk.

  15. # 15 MK,

This is applied politics. In plural politics, voters align with leadership that is clear, historically risk-adjusted, measured across a broad spectrum of criteria and with a record of holding best practices and building upon them. When norms are missing in party politics, members become disillusioned and susceptible in the political arena. Point at any scenario where the two have had a history of holding best practices and building upon them where risk is involved.

  16. CONDOLENCES TO ALL PF KAPONYAS, PACT IS IN ABORTION THEATRE

This country’s opposition parties are irrelevantly centered around individuals misleading them and present nothing of common value other than fueling tribalism, hatred, lies and passion for plundering what the ballot has denied them accessing since they started panting for power to no avail. For democracy to enter opposition political houses, these tribal leaders Sata and Ichilema ought to be replaced by progressive contemporaries, and then only will their parties ossify.

  17. PERSONAL TO PF-UPND CADRES

Zambia is bigger than the so-called pact. I must hasten to say just like Jesus said it, “in my father’s house are many mansions, had it not been so, i wouldn’t say it so so or been preparing a place for every patriotic citizen. Forget about the wasted years of PACT utopia and move on with the national development.

  18. Senior Citizen you are right on this one. PF has handpicked leaders who dont see anything wrong with this…. i personally believe it erodes ones beliefs and breeds subservience…. On the other hand you have “tribal” reformists in UPND. Which way? Can the two groupings come together for the sake of developing the country or merely wrestling power from MMD or are we going to see one party sleeping with MMD in the night while in the morning cajole the PACT partner? Only time will tell

  19. 7
    Senior Citizen says:
“July 16, 2010 at 9:46 amPlease do understand that the PF will never embrace internal democracy or hold party elections to produce legitimate leaders other than appointments Sata makes. They will never open up democratic space to any extent yet they want to misrule a democratic nation and people” MMD CANNOT NOT TALK ABOUT INTERNAL DEMOCRACY. FROM THE TIME FTJ BECAME PRESIDENT MMD THREW DEMOCRACY TO THE WIND. REMEMBER THE 3RD TERM. THEN LOOK AT THE SITUATION TO DAY 1) YOU DONT WANT TO HOLD A CONVENTION. 2) YOU ARE EXPELLING ANY ONE WHO SHOWS SIGNS OF CHALLENGING UNIPIST RB. YOU CALL THAT DEMOCRACY? JUST ACCEPT THAT YOU BLACKS WERE NOT MEANT FOR DEMOCRACY.

  20. Senior Citizen…While the PACT might be havi ng these problems have you asked yourself about the populace disillussionment (with MMD) of the grass roots? If so what do you attribute it to? Has MMD outlived its usefulness?

  21. The PACT was doomed to fail from the start because it was built on the sole purpose of wrestling power from MMD and no concrete plan after that (ati fyala isova kuntanshi!). Well I think we all need to unbury our heads from the sand and realise that the PACT will rule this nation. It is plain knowledge that PF and UPND carders (even on this site) hate each other with the same passion they hate MMD and they are only in this PACT becoz they each believe they can hoodwink the other and send their president to statehouse riding on the other’s back. FACT: if sata becomes PACT president, upnd carders will walk out; if HH becomes PACT candidate, PF supporters will walk out. END RESULT: Doomsday for PACT, sooner or later.

  22. Senior Citizen, doe it mean that you are the only one who has opinion? you are messing up the chat.Am sure there are other views

  23. The pact should pull a quick surprise by agreeing to adopt a different presidential candidate apart from Sata and HH. This can be the likes of Professor Chirwa or any other man strong leadership skills and a track record of being a successful leader in any field. This is the only way Sata and HH will remain together. otherwise the obvious thing is that the pact will break down as already the challenging or fighting between the two has been observed. RB will have his day once they split. sata should not cheat himself that he is very popular. Off course he is popular among the bemba but the bembas alone cannot deliver the presidency to him. South, Western and Northwestern provinces have been giving the pact their support because of the presence of HH. Period!

  24. Sata is deceiving himself to have started thinking that Zambians are in the 1991 mood of wanted just any change. Southern, Western and Northwestern provinces know very well who Sata is and will not vote for him if PFgoes alone. And It will be an walk over for RB and Sata will die of a heart attack. HH plays a very critical role in the Pact’s popularity and once he pulls out, these 3 provinces will pull out.

  25. Good Morning

Looks like things are still the same on the local political scene since I took a break from blogging. Straightforward leadership is still a problem. But since this forum is a place of mainy highly-educated Zambian men and women living in diaspora, I’m somehow still hopeful that their intellectual contribution will one day pay off towards resolving the governmental malfunctions in our beloved country….

God bless Mother Zambia & Happy Weekend t’yall!**==

  26. The biggest problem with the pact is to narrow our choice to just two guys. we need to widen the leadership search within and outside the pack…PF has it own shadow government and so is UNDP.. We need more people to come forawrd and context the ‘pact’ at all level. Let’s also invite other political parties to de-polarise the HH Vs Sata statu quo

  27. sata insults pipo of northwestern southern and western province ati ku 6koloko ati matako will always be behind ati banamazai. we shall never vote for you sata and pf. if you become leader of pact then we move to mmd. we are not f.ools like hh and his tandem of fuzis like nkombo, syakalima. Sata no vote

  28. This is really sad indeed. For Zed to lose a formidable force as the Pact is indeed unfortunate. I have nothing against the concept – it was just that they took people for granted that we will hate MMD like we did in ’91 with UNIP. Then left everything to auto-pilot -fyalaisova mentality. Who would have thought that we only have RB as autopilot!

  29. kabanda should join the pact and flash his NGO IN THE TOILET.HE SEEM TO SPEAK FOR PF.HE IS INSULTING OUR INTELLIGENCE TO MAKE US BELIEVE HE IS OUT OF PACT. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE CONFUSING THE PACT.

  30. 29
kimalozi Dont tell lies. Show us the date when he uttered those words. You are the one who is bigoted. Not we Bembas. All tribes feel free in Luapula while it is difficult for Bemba man to be welcomed kwa Bu Lozi.

  31. Deja Vu..its true Sata never even campaigned in Northwestern, western or southern until last election. We all know what he said we dont have to provide the date and actually event. He said those wordds and the Post quoted him I remember. But Kimalozi, those things are past lets focus on the future.

  32. Where is Kalos2020? he should not kill himself.I want him to attend th burial of th Pact and not the opposite!

  33. And in an interview on Wednesday, Hichilema said there was no need for the UPND and PF to break up.

“Nobody should break the pact on Chadiza and Kaoma unless they never meant well to go into the pact, unless they were looking for a window of opportunity and they found it,” Hichilema said. “From UPND side there will be people who will talk, they are individuals, but the way we make decisions in the UPND, the issue of breaking the pact does not arise, what arises is an opportunity out of a problem to solve this problem then learn the lessons and move forward.”

He said the incidence in Kaoma and Chadiza wards, where the UPND and PF fielded different candidates contrary to their agreement not to compete against each other, was an anomaly.

  34. HH con..d….“It’s good it happened now because it gives us an opportunity to clean up various areas that we need to tighten up in terms of our procedures and our guidelines. I still stand by what I said earlier and I take no concern about what others have said because that is the way I interpret things,” he said. “My view is to look at the bigger picture and to say in a marriage you will have issues with your partner, wife or husband, but you don’t start threatening divorce because you have an issue. The positive mind doesn’t work like that. A negative mind works like that but a positive mind works by saying, ‘ha, madam or my colleague let us deal with this problem’. That is the approach that I take.”

On threats by some Zambians that they would not vote in next…

  35. HH ….“Members of the public are correct because it means that they see the pact as the only viable option at the moment. If it wasn’t a UPND-PF Pact, it will have to be another pact of the opposition,” Hichilema said. “That is the only way you can take out an African government, not just the MMD government, because of other issues like corruption in the electoral process, abuse of public resources in the electoral process. This is why Zambians are concerned and I share their concern.”

He said the pact must give Zambians the confidence in it because they advocated its formation.

He observed that even in 1991, there was a collection of various interest groups that backed the MMD to win against UNIP.

On the pact presidential candidate and demands by some people in…

  36. HH….“We need to be concerned about the greater majority of the people of Zambia. What do they want? Why are they worried about the pact? Why are the people concerned about the pact breaking up? It’s because they know that the MMD has not delivered what the people want and they are looking for an alternative and they see the pact as an alternative. That is a good thing in itself,” Hichilema said.

He said the demands of people in Lupaula, Southern and Northern provinces must be taken into account in a holistic manner in line with what the Zambians in all the nine provinces need.

“The issue of the candidate, can you imagine, if we rush to the presidency when we are having issues with a ward by-election, can you imagine that,” Hichilema said. “We need to take our…

  37. “We need to take our assignments out of the media and out of the public arena and deal with the issues in privacy. That is my honest opinion but I am not too concerned about whose opinion is different from mine because they are entitled to their opinion but eventually we must seek consensus.”

Hichilema said PF secretary general Wynter Kabimba knows that the PF-UPND working group did not meet to agree on the Kaoma and Chadiza wards elections.

  38. “I chose to ignore Wynter’s reaction to my statement and I think that is what management should be. My statement was not to provoke a reaction from a partner; it was meant to explain the situation to the public outside the pact partners because those who are in the pact partnership know exactly what went on and what went on wrongly and it’s not correct for us to debate in the way that article was angled,” Hichilema said. “Wynter Kabimba is a member of the working group and he knows that they never met, that they never took the decision on Chadiza, Kaoma, Mulwa ward in Kaoma and Choongo East in Bweengwa constituency although the ECZ withdrew Choongo East almost in the last minute.

  39. However, he said the working group was the right platform and hoped it would resolve the misunderstandings.

Hichilema maintained that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) had caused the confusion in the selection of candidates in the two wards.

He said the ECZ announced the seats a few days before nomination leading to the working group not meeting to agree on how the PF-UPND was to vie for them.

Hichilema said the working group was meeting this week and expressed optimism that it would find the solution to what happened in Kaoma and Chadiza.

Hichilema said the PF-UPND Pact should take the debate about its challenges out of the media.

  40. “Let us leave the working group to meet without weights hovering around them as they deliberate because of the statements we are all issuing, the differences that we are all issuing,” said Hichilema.

  41. I appologise to whowever feels offended by my paste and copy of the article from the Post. This is for the attention of some die hard MMD cadres who do not want to read the Post. It’s clear that HH is talking sense unless you are a die hard MMD or PF cadre with political myopic vission. On it’s own PF can not win an election in Zambia. It is the wish of MMD supporters to see confusion in the Pact so that they can prolong their stay in power

  42. Those who think well, will appreciate the presence of differences in the pact. those doomed to ilogical thought will think it is the fall of the pact. Why should you rejoice when your friend is in problems? it is inhumane:-?:-?:-?where you not aware of Sata and HH, they are not angels. those who expect them to be angels without faults, you are lost;););)

  43. It has just emerged that the POST want SATA at the top of the PACT ticket. According to the person familiar with the situation, the POST have decided to rattle the PACT boat and make HH look amateurish and and then amass all forces that will say HH is not popular and get SATA to launch a focussed campaign for 2011. Obviously we have all read through this. Explains why SATA has remained quite while HH is everywhere defending the mess and cracks in the PACT.

Interesting, anyway we believe SATA will be easy to beat in 2011. We have beaten him before three times. This man just knows how to loose an election. Fourth defeat coming in 2011.

  44. Would MMD make a strong opposition? Has it got structures in place to become an effective opposition party? Then voters don’t waste time vote MMD into opposition in 2011. Make it simple, do just that.

  45. Those who still think sata has maintinaed the 2006 and 2008 demographies must have myopia in their eyes. Sata has lost ground on a serious note..
He no longre holds the whole of Luapula
he does not hold the whole of Northern
He is lost alot in Lusaka
    he is clinging to CB

Kafupi Chiluba and his Luapualan allies will finish Sata off.
    Watch the space.

  46. In support of kimalozi, indeed ba Sata and Hon Kambwili, uttered the discriminatory remarks towards the North Westerners, so if the PACT, does not go ahead then PF and Ba Sata have no chance in the province.

There is need for new blood on the Zambian political scene, and am glad that people like Elias Chipimo Jnr has come out to challenge the tired politicians on the scene.

  47. What is it that you dont know about My Sata and HH?Why is so important that you know who is going to lead the pact????

  48. People lets just wait for the PACT to announce its candidate and see how it will fall apart even the 50 + 1 % will enough for MMD.

  49. Ba so called Senior Citizen, just prepare yourself for political diarrhoea as the Pact will pick up pieces and soldier on in an even more intact and united state. Come what may, the Pact is forming the next Govt.\:d/\:d/:((

  50. if you haps think HH is not popular..let PF go its way and UPND its way..MMD will still win..let the youngman be in control of pact..sata is sick and old..

  51. You guys from northwesten I fail to understand you,,, you keep on insulting your selves ati Ba six koloko, amatako, amanamazai? hehehe wow, you are really so behind guys. Because you are so inferior and feel threatened always, you are accusing people of insulting you while you just insult yourselves like you are doing here. Shaa…some groupings are so dull really.

  52. Have you ever heard other tribes saying they were called this and that by so so? They just ingnore such talks but you guys even when a friend insults his friend from Northwestern, the whole clan will rise claiming they have been insulted and that would be the song every day. Yaba..you guys grow up and spare us from your infiriority. Shaaa !!!!

  53. And you LT can you please remove this useless advert in the middle of the page? It is obstracting us when reading our blogs. Hope you have heard.

  54. Let HH lead the Pact although Sata may not accept my proposal. However, it has to be clear on deliverables. We should a vice President who should come from PF. It has also to be clear how many years HH will lead before someone from PF takes over the PACT. Remember that the catch here is to remove MMD at all cost. I agree with my fellow Zambians that as we near elections we have to be clear who will lead for people to know that person than leaving it late in the race.

On another note, I urge my fellow writers on this page to be objective and respectful when addressing issues. Let’s also avoid to be personnel. Remember, we are all sinners and have come short of the Glory of God. We should always learn to build and not destroy.

  55. the problem with these pact cadres is that they are blind.there was no pact but jst two greed men.one a brutal insulting bemba and another a satanist tribalist

  56. I hope the pact sort their issues out – in private. I also hope that they will present Zambia with a clear break from neoliberal economics.

  57. #48 suntwe- Where are you blogging from ,sir? Just wait when Sata goes to campain for his candidates.Iam not PF, but being in Zambia, I know the status of MMD at present. This why they are rejoicing at the alleged cracks in the PACT.They know that if PF and UPND go it alone, MMD may pick up a few vote and again win by 1.5%. But God is there, it may not be the PACT, but there is ADD also.

  58. Let each party win on its own ticket. a PF led govt will be disaster to Zambia. UPND will have themselve to blame if they hand over our beloved country to Sata and his PF. let the Zambian chose PF on their own without help of the UPND. Let the UPND concentrate on growing the party and claim back their territories and not worry about being in opposition. The MMD will lose when their time comes.. looks like next year mostly without the PACT

  59. if the pact broke the following will be the results
HH southern, N/western ,western southern part of central and Lusaka rural
SATA copper-belt. Lusaka urban luapula and part of Northern
RB eastern part of northern (mbala ,nakonde, isoka) some rural of western and n/western and nothern central provinces serenje kapiri and mkushi then RB wins, sata dies after the election:((:d

  60. The Pact is still strong and it’s leader will be announced at the right time. It’s good MMD keeps on guessing and to them they can’t stratergise any character assasination technique but continue shooting in the Air. MMD should continue focussing on selling there candidate to the Electorate, and stop talking about the Pact.

  61. you heard time and time again that definitely the pact will choose a leader to contest for presidency when they see it fit come 2011 and that no amount of pressure will change their stance on that issue.so what’s the excitement all about.have you been sent ? surely this song is becoming boring,it’s like some NGO’s are forgetting about championing peoples needs of good service delivery in all areas of their lifes.BOLA PASHI………

  62. #66 – Patriot – You will continue shooting in the air and neither you nor the MIGLET THIEF (Kafupi), RED LIPS (JK) nor the TOURIST (RB) will push us to announce the President. Continue shooting in thin Air and like in 1991, the people spoke about unity, HH & SATA listened and we’re now moving forward. Wonder why you can’t be like your TOURIST PRESIDENT, who said he is more concerned about Unity in the MMD, and not the Pact. The wind of change is here and invite you to become part of it, it’s not too late for you.

  63. ##68
You are right man. These MMD thugs are living in fear now. They have stolen a lot öf donor and Zambian monies and the only thing they fear is the PACT. So they want the PACt to fail a thing that will not happen coz Zambians are now civilized as far as development is concerned. Development does not come by tribe but by the nationals of a particular country. Working together is the only key to development.
Ala mwanya ba MMD …the PACT is here to stay and remove you out so we lock u up in chimbokaila. You useless people who now are ligalising theft. Shaaa!!!!

  64. 58- ITS CHARACTERS LIKE YOU WHO CONTINUE TO CHAMPION DISCRIMINATION IN THE COUNTRY. THE FACT THAT YOU ARE PUTTING OUT TO THE MASSES THAT NORTH WESTERNERS ARE DULL AND INFERIOR, ME THINK THAT IT’S EITHER YOU ARE PLAYING JOKES OR JUST NOT WELL INFRMED AT ALL ON ISSUES OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION.

  65. My brothers and sisters, we’re all Zambians and thats whats been shown by coming together of the Countries two biggest political parties. Let us continue getting more and more people with the unity of purpose into the Pact and let’s reclaim the dignity of Zambians. Lets together denounce thieves and the Tandem of Thieves who believe they can hold 12million Zambians to ransom. Thieves belong to Jail starting with Kafupi’s government to RB’s and the next government.

  66. 46 MMD Chief Bootlicker greetings. On your “Interesting, anyway we believe SATA will be easy to beat in 2011. We have beaten him before three times. This man just knows how to loose an election. Fourth defeat coming in 2011. ” It is interesting that your submission is in tandem with what the MONITOR AND DIGEST Newspaper reported in their this week’s news under the headline “MMD BACKS HH“.

In that article, the MMD sources were quoted as saying that MMD NEC will be happy to hand over the Presidency to UPND president HH than to Mr PF/Sata MC — a thing that MMD National Secretary Michael Mabenga failed to deny when he was contacted.

In light of this, continue campaigning for HH you MMD cadres so that HH can work to develop Zambia.

    B blest all…

  67. TO BE HONEST LADIES AND GENTLEMEN BA SATA DOES NOT BELIEVE IN INTRA PARTY DEMOCRACY HE HAS NEVER HELD ANY ELECTION IN HIS PARTY HE IS SO EGOCENTRIC IN MY OPINION THESE TWO LEADERS MUST OPEN THE POSITION OF PRESIDENCY TO ANY ONE AND CALL FOR FRESH ELECTIONS AND CHOOSE A LEADER IN THE LIKES OF LATE MAZOKA,KAPWPWE . WE NEED SELF LEADERS NOT PEOPLE LIKE AKA-ULP THANK GOD HE LOST CLEARLY TO HH OTHER WISE HE WOULD HAVE SOLD THE PARTY TO MMD BY NOW. BUT IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF THIS TO HAPPEN I WANT US TO SCRUTINIZE THE TWO LEADERS HH and SATA, between THE TWO LEADERS WHICH ONE HAS THE CAPACITY TO MANAGE THIS COUNTRY WE NEED A RATIONAL PERSON, ACCOMMODATIVE, SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS GLOBAL ECONOMICS, SELF RESPECT,DEMOCRATIC AND WE DONT WANT TY RANS. LONG LIVE PF LONG LIVE UPND LONG LIVE ZAMBIA

  68. #29 did you hear that statement or some one told you, if you move in zambia you will understand why some province are refered behind move and make a conlusion and analyse the statement these provinces specially western and northwestern are least developed the province have not reached is eastern. when you these two mentioned province you will ask a question am i still in zambia or has this of zambia included in the national budget. Do not take it as hate but symthesis with this provicnes we wealth to equally distributed in the all provinces.
