5. The agricuture and comercial show seems to have become a place were entertaiment is the norm rather than the intended purpose. Most visitors simply go there for the brews and T- bones or polony. Under age on the grounds seems to be a normal thing.

   I also think these cadets can be used for something more productive than teaching them how to handle AK47s. With such a high unemployment rate in the country, these will be the same guys bursting in your homes at night with guns just to make their ends meet.

   One wonders why the presidential security have to dress like they are in a war zone. And when did Ms. Banda and Ms. Mutharika become friends? Anyway, thanks for the pics ba LT.

6. LT, This lot of pictures is the best so far this year. However, I very much concur with #5 Moderator’s comment about the presidential security at the show grounds (pic #25), Why bring heavily armed police at an event like this one? Are we at war or is the president at some risk for whatever reasons?

8. LT is at it again with inadequate captions. Pics 13 and 14, just because the two are first ladies in their respective countries doent make them friends. Maybe LT doesnt understsnd who qualifies to be called a friend.

9. Why should the Zambia Cadets (Zambia Police or Zambia Army) advertise for a private foreign company Zain? Is this good for national security?

15. I used to think these are the occassion to show case what is PRODUCED IN ZAMBIA. What is a vegetable sliser for at a show like this? Where are the things that Zambia Produces? And we say we can develop without production. This Country is getting backward everyday.

25. Couldnt Zain Sponsor the Cadets with the shirts with only a small logo perhaps on the back. That is quite ridiculous in my opinion.

26. Cant help but miss home. I wish, ba LT, you had shown products on display. Like Zambian products. Traditional entertainment doesnt say much about how the country has improved. I see those old paper hats we used to wear in 83. Has anything changed?

27. Point of correction on cadets LT, it should be Zambia combined cadet Force NOT just Zambia cadets. And i wonder why they had to put on pink T-shirt if they were to put on a T-shirt it short be the Military green T-shirts or the camouflage . someone needs to be disciplined.

32. FIRE BRIGADE ARE LYING. LESS THAN A YEAR AGO I WAS IN MANSA AND WITNESSED AN INCIDENT WHERE A BUILDING WAS ABLAZE WHERE MARKETEERS KEEP THEIR MERCHANDISE. FIRE FIGHTER CAME TO THE SCENE ONLY TO COME AND BE PART OF THE SPECTATORS. ANSWER TO WHY THEY WERE NOT EXTINGUISHING THE FIRE WAS, “THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE FIRE ENGINE. MEANWHILE MANSA RIVER WAS UNDER A MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE BUILDING.
