  1. Comment 2 the significance of pic 1 is that of animal abuse. You dont pack animals, cattle for that matter, in a car boot like you are moving mangos. Animals too have rights and in pic 1 these bulls are being treated in the most crue manner. Pic 1 is very strange. This is my first time to know a culture where live animals are moved like that

  2. Last picture – Mukudya Mweka Daddy ( MMD). Now i know why we do not have food security – The Agriculture minister has eaten it all! @1. Obesity is not a sign of eating well, its rather a sign of a poor diet, lack of exercise or poor metabolism. Sadly it is now equated with fo.o.lishness as the implication is that you cannot think to stop eating! Food is not your friend.

  3. Photo 19, O.k but Lusaka ” international” airport is pathetic. After seeing other airports I feel embarrassed and ashamed of our airport. Its about time we built ourselves a good modern airport!

  4. Obesity is Zambia’s status symbol rather than a poor diet problem. Obese people are perceived to be in excelllent health and enjoying good milile whereas slimmers are perceived to be sick, most likely HIV positive. In this era of HIV/AIDS, its the majority of Zambians’ hope to be obese and never be associted with AIDS. Any way, it depends on culture. Westerners worship weight loss while Africans will sound the alarm should they start losing weight.

  5. #16…Chingolo fimofimo -sum = (GBM >>450kg)+(Liato>>365kg)+(Daka>>255)/3=357 x(3) total weight =1,070 thats the ans!!!!!

  6. Peter daka and austin liato probably weigh more than the cows in pic 1. Maybe those cows are being delivered to them to eat you never know. That pot belly will soon hit the knee’s and those men will need wheel barrows to carry their pot belly. In fact thats not a pot belly thats a mugomo belly. I need to hit the gym unga ine so if you are not careful. THese men need to stay away from hills othgerwise when they falll they will roll downhill like drums hahahaha

  7. Obesity is a status symbol only if one is ignorant of its perils. I had the opportunity to work in Zambia most of my workmates and i hit the gymn atleast 3 times a week. That was the culture of the office and it was encouraged by the top management out of recognition of the benefits of good health. Healthy body, healthy mind, more productivity, less sick days (absences) and medical costs for the business.

  8. Major causes of death in Zambia:
    1. Ezi (an illness), insala and polomya
    2. ‘Sugar’, Bi Pi, and ‘Patriotic’ fronts or madumbo (obesity or high BMI)
    3. Ngozi
    4. Maleliya and Ti bi
    5. Violent crime including wife battery (puma)
    20. Kansa

  9. What is ‘named’ ? Named country, named hospital , named part of the body, named newspaper, named name …

  10. Talking about fat. pic# 20 the two ladies will tip the scales at 1000 kg.The one on the left ,her arm weighs 50 kg. Is pick and pay(bail bonds) across the street from Hoodland police station (sic) ?

  11. What do you expect the weight of Ministers would be when their boss spoil them with BBQ for fun, look at the him he’s the fattest President in Africa if not the whole world. They have taken Chez Ntemba to Nkwazi house.

  12. The MMD ministers are big but GBM is so fat that he is even fatter than them. Wow! Why did PF cadres accompany fat GBM to the police station? Is it true then that PF want to batter women instead of empowering them?

  13. Do these ministers know how very unhealthy it is to be fat? they have Doctors in theirs cabinet why not seek free medical advice from their collegues. ( photo 21)

  14. bushe is the mini hospital that ka one in that RB “Your government at work poster” ???? that ka small one?? they said it cost how much kwacha ? K4billion.. no must be a difefrent hospital or there is a problem. where are the pics of these so called hospital that have been done?

  15. While everyone seems to be taking this obesety issue, there is a bigger and more profound matter. Obesity is a very serious issue and for our leaders to be so fat & out of shape is shameful. These so callled leaders are role models & should lead by example in leading a healthy balanced life. Their obesity reflects a lack of dicipline & greed. They are behaving like pigs, a pig will eat anything you give it and wont stop eating until it is morbidly obese. I am ashamed to have leaders who lack self-restraint, if you cannot control a basic behavior such as food consumption, how can we entrust you in handling & making meaningful public decisions that affect the masses. They should all give up their goverment provided veichles and start walking to work 4 fitnes. Greedy irresponsible bu.s.tard.s

  16. GBM = G.ay Big Man = Big fat wife abuser = LOOSER. Go AWAY GBM, no one is interested in you trying to rationalize your inmature poor decision & judgement. Do us all a favor and crawl back into your cancoon & gauge yourself with junk food. You are not a real man, you a weak minded fat slob who pounces & assualts the woman who is the mother of your kids and should be the most important woman in your life. And yet in your big cholestral fat glogged brain, you decide that clobbering your wife is a good way of expressing your love and affection to her. What kind of animal are you? This is not the 15th century incase you are not aware. Unclog your fat ladden cells & maybe you might think with more clarity. You are a sorry excuse for a man, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. U are irrelevant.

  17. Pic.#17. That name should not spell “Kopulande” but Copeland. By the way, did you know the Zambian word for shoe (Sapato) is actually a Spanish word? I suspect it should be the same word in Portuguese and most likely got assimilated into the Zambian languages thru contact with the Portuguese from both Mozambique and Angola.

  18. #14. You ve made my day. I equally wanted to listen to them women talking especially the one on the left who looks like a victim of domestic violence.

  19. LT. I think you got it wrong in picture #19. People are disembarking from the plane and the others are going to welcome some visitors, correct me if I am wrong.

  20. Ala mwe bantu this blog is full of comedians -Zambia is full of talent ala my ribs are cracking #2 & 5 sometimes i fail to comment

  21. kwena Animal abuse in picture 1 which named african country kwati i know this country mwe yaba lekeni ukuchusha animals.

  22. Pic # 11, Ba Dora. Talk of developing the education system in Zambia, teachers going without pay. What do you expect? Offices are now beauty salons. Suppose teachers did this in their classes, what would MMD say about such teachers?

  23. Pic #1 – That pic was taken in Chipata. They are the only ones capable of such. The guy staanding next to the car with a ka white kasote is Equinox Phiri. Pic #20 – The woman on the left looks like she was also clobbered the night b4, also include her husband on the agenda. Ama fumo mu pic 21 yangu tata!

  24. pic#8 “your government and your money at work” is this suppose to be an advert for RP which will always be there or it was for the opening of the opening of the rehabilited clinic? the country is going to the do.gs!

  25. Daka and Liato are i.d.i.o.ts. I wonder how their blood vessels look like. They must be clogged and narrow. These are people who when they suddenly collapse and die their friends and relatives will instantly suspect foul play! Aa Daka or is it Bo Liato was ‘healthy’ and he just suddenly died!
To the relatives and friends of Peter Daka and Austin Liato I want to tell you that these two are sick. Obesity is an illness. Only a pig that is been prepared for slaughter should be allowed to get fat like these irresponsible chaps. As a woman I fail to imagine how they even manage the activities of the groin!

  26. @49LOL…………If you ask their partners, the word gym and healthy diet are an insult to their “social status” ………lol

  27. Picture # 20 Surely those women are not ashamed of themselves, why didn’t they hold a press conference when RB and George Kunda felt like having sex on the sight of a poor lady giving birth in public
