Kitwe Mayor Christopher Kango’mbe has been suspended from the ruling PF for allegedly campaigning to stand as Member of Parliament in Kamfisa Constituency.
The suspension is with immediate effect and will run until further notice.
In a letter to Mr Kang’ombe written by Kitwe District Chairman Everisto Chilufya, the party is suspending him for disregarding party for disregarding party directives to prohibit party officials from campaigning in constituencies where the party has MPs and PF aligned Independents.
The party’s district executive is also displeased that Mr Kang’ombe organized a media briefing on Sunday when Vice President Inonge Wina was also in the area on official business, an act they say shows lack of respect and insubordination.
We were with His Worship the Mayor on Monday in Ndeke Township at the request of the Ndeke residents who wanted to air their grievances to the Mayor in person. Matters raised ranged from prolonged loadshedding to intermittent water supply and other related issues. I would advise the PF Leadership to reconsider their ill intention of suspending the hard working Kan’gombe. People like him are like a precious gem cast in the filth.

But why Lusambo is not being suspended over his continuous useless campaigns?
Useless party with Zero brains
It has never been a democratic party this PF, that is why the opposition has no space in Zambia. How can expression of interest to stand in constituency be deemed as campaigning, in European countries, some candidates even declare 10 years in advance. Here It started with failure to greet the first lady who is not even a constitutional office holder.

Lack of respect and insubornation?
Go full swing now and champagne Mr. Kangombe, those MP positions are not personal to holder, besides these same current MPs have not helped the president in developing Zambia no wonder all economic indicators are on the downward spiral, if they did their jobs perfectly well you wouldn’t have probably even thought of contesting the MP position but rather continue as Mayor.
