For the first time in the history of Democracy, an incumbent president who is in charge of state machinery, has already declared the 2020 US election as Rigged and the most fraudulent even before the election day. All this because of mail-in voting or simply voting by mail. Which is not a new practice. Soldiers stationed outside the us have been voting this way for a century now.
