  3. At least you can look forward to his speech unlike Lazy Lungu would go to Parliament to read irrelevant speeches about underage drinking when there was rampant corruption and his cadres were terrorising citizens.

  6. @ Spaka
Politics and Campaigns are over people now are focusing on what’s next and the majority of them are already realizing that things won’t get any better…just regime change was at play…the kwacha gains has already brought so much misery on Zambians already imagine after 5 years

  7. Diasporans will be the first ones to give up on HH and followed by the youth since Jobs won’t be created and things will remain expensive and elderly voters will give up on him…if he wants the Kwacha to be strong then he is shooting himself in the foot…Economists are just looking at him and laughing

  8. I think Zambians made a very big mistake just like the USA..America now has no President both Biden and Harris are hiding…it’s easier said than done

  9. If you’re in a the Diaspora and send money back home or doing some investments back home definitely you are already missing Lungu forex exchange. HH wants to appease his masters and he cares less about ordinary Zambians…ask yourself why don’t Nigerians or Ghanaians celebrate a strong currency…it’s simple a weak local currency is better for investors and Nigerians take advantage and build all those mansions you see in the west African movies….and if commodities remain expensive after 48hrs after the Kwacha gains then it’s all fake and induced gains

  12. Hichilema polled 2,852,348 ballots while Lungu behind received 1,870,780 votes. The difference is 981,568

How come LT is saying Lungu was walloped by more than one million counts? Is that fact or fiction; truth or falsehood?

Spaka, please move on and don’t be like “them” (the same people you are trying to condemn). HH as much as his supporters are excited has a huge task ahead to ensure he really turns this country around… it’s not just the economy but political, social, corruption, governance issues, etc.
The culture and behaviours are embedded into society’s fabric and believe me I don’t envy him. Soon people will realise he’s no Messiah… remember Obama and how he struggled to give “Hope” and “Yes we can” to the world?
So please chill, relax and move forward… no need to recycle that garbage from the PF. I too will soon change my alias :).

  15. Teachers who become presidents tend to do better at presidency in Africa. Economists and lawyers struggle with reality.

  16. Everything pf did was bad to hh, will he still sell the jet? Free education, reducing fuel pump prices, employing teachers, increased salaries for civil servants ….bally has come to fix it! Patiently waiting. Ecl, to me you’re a great man, though cadres ruined your reign. I will commend the new government where it does well but not on the fake kwacha appreciation.

  17. Finally Zambians can breath freely as days of fear are gone.HH
Opening parliament will give zambia a new image to the international community. Investors can’t wait to come like
Bees coming oh sorry not honeybee.

  18. When they arrested HH I bitterly complained on the social media for PF barberic type of intimidating the opponents. I said I’m Bemba supporting HH , they arrogant unformed PF thugs, told me that I’m not Bemba. Today there are humbled by swallowing there self made bitter conconction.
