Roan Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament (MP) Chishimba Kambwili faces arrest for an offence of causing anarchy and inciting miners in Luanshya district on the Copperbelt Province to ignore what they have been offered in accordance with the collective agreement.
Labour and Social Security Minister Austin Liato says the opposition MP will be held accountable for any industrial unrest that will occur at Luanshya Copper Mine (LCM).
The Minister said Mr. Kambwili was not qualified and he was not the right person to speak on behalf of the miners because he is not a Union representative.
ZANIS reports that Mr. Liato sounded the warning in Lusaka this afternoon.
Mr. Liato has since challenged Mr. Kambwili to resign and join the Union as he wants to be part of the bargaining team for the miners.
“Mr. Kambwili will be arrested should there be any industrial un-rest in Luanshya at the LCM. Mr. Kambwili is not a miner neither is he a representatives of the miners and if he interested in matters of bargaining over salary negotiations in the Union, he should first resign,” the Minister stated.
Mr. Liato regretted that the opposition MP politicised the matter even when he knew that it bordered on social protection.
“This is not a political matter but it borders on social protection of the miners,” he said.
He further refuted media reports that Government was not concerned about the welfare of miners in the country.
Mr. Kambwili was yesterday quoted by Radio Phoenix in one of its news bulletins inciting Luanshya miners to reject the 10 percent offered to them by their employer urging them to reject anything less than 100 percent salary increment.
A few days ago, LCM management awarded its employees a 10 percent salary pay-rise.
ZANIS
I hope he does not join the 23 inmates from barotse saga
arrest him please …. went into politics naively
he is an mp there, so he qualifys to speaks them.
Just arrest tha Chap, He is still practicing tha Cha Cha kind of politics
by the way he is the best mp in zambia at the moment,he always speaks for the people.
Liato, what a wako. He failed to comment on Kaingu inciting the poor kids in Western Province but goes to the media to threaten fellow MP’s about collective bargaining. Liato must know that employees have a right to listen to anyone they feel has their best interests at heart. Kaingu paid millions of kwacha to foment resentment, but up to now is being driven in Zambian flag draped Ministerial car. Who deserves to go to jail?
#5? Which school did you go to. The rubbish stuff which Kambwili speaks makes sense to you? No wonder you chaps are misled by your fellow kaponyas in PF
foolish jojo(JM)why arrest the man when he speaks for the poor miners.get your facts rite before making an ***** of yourself in public.think before you open that mouth.stupid cow.dont you know mining firms make abnormal profits and the hard working miners get pocket change!silly chap
Kambwili speaks for the miners, come this year, he will win the seat. Kambwili has sacrificed his time, with his wife and family here in the UK he is fighting for the welfare of the people in Luanshya. viva Kambwili. do you people know what a 10% increment is for most miners??? it translates to an increase of between 80,000 (about $8) – 180,000 ($20). Don’t just condermn the MP, he is not like the many MPs who take naps in parliament and do extremly nothing
Ok I will not comment on the legality of arresting this street Kaponya turned MP by some fluke of nature. I will leave that to the legal minds on this blog. Iam just going to comment on what am good at and that is economics and valuations.
This Kaponya MP is urging Miners to demand more than 100% salary increment in a economy whose inflation rate is less than 10%. What absurdity is this coming from a law marker!! This is the Matero University type of economics we talk about and just shows how these people will wreck this economy Zimbabwe style if they ever came into power.
MMD is desperate and in dire need of credible opposition that understands, is realistic with issues. No wonder UPND can’t find common ground with these Kaponyas. UPND has just realised this too late
#8 Your contributions clearly define you. You dont understand anything on economics. No wonder you are easily manipulated by cheap statements that I will bring money in your pockets within 90 days. Anyhow I can do little to change your thinking levels.
But your lack to analyse issues will soon lead you to your destination
According to UPND Vice President today he clearly said that the PACT have not agreed on “….. economic, social and good governance programme.”. These are basic things they should have agreed on years ago, but they have not and can’t choose a president and busy hiding on the election date.
We know UPND has some of the best brains in Zambia and clearly they have seen they can’t work with Kaponyas like Kambwili promising workers over 100% salary rise if they came to power. This is not practical in an economy with inflation in single digits.
That is why we believe we can work with great minds in UPND and not these Kaponyas from Kulima Tower whose goal is to just raid the treasury and assign themselves plots once in power.
#12. Great thinking, mature and leaned. I wish we had more of such brains in my country. Regards!!!
#You are dull my friend. Dnt jst criticse. Miner risk their lives and all you can say he talks rubbish!! anyone who speaks for the people is a good leader…your own people are being shot by chinese people in yo own country and you busy smiling at we ar peaceful..thats being docile my friend. Kambwili like the late Pwele former MP for loan used to speak coz the situation in luansha is a bad site. I shed tears when i went to Luanshya in 2000. VIVA PACT…TOLEVOTA WAUMFWA…MMD AUCHI THIS YR DONCHI KUBEBA
“Any one who speaks for the people is a good leader” what shallow thinking is that? Even when he incites people to claim a 100% is right.
May God deliver you
KAMBWILI – A chief kaponya. The character is just a grade 12 with 39 points alah!
#10 and #11 – You certainly do not require a degree in economics to understand that the miners in Luanshya are being used on the cheap. I happen to have two relatives working in the mines – one for Mopani in Mufulira and the other for the chinese in Luanshya. Whilst doing the same job, the Luanshya miner gets half of what his counterpart in Mufulira gets. Mr. kambwili, in his capacity as an MP for this area is only representing his electorate to get a fair deal. With your supposedly good grasp in economics you should understand that increasing these miner’s wages will translate into more tax contributions to the govt, more spending in the general economy and less externalisation of profits by the chinese. Mr. Kambwili is so erudite, I wish we had more of him in the country.
Well, maybe a 100% and over just too much but let’s face, this man has in many ways stood up for the people of that town and surely a 10% over the board is nothing more after when) collects his travelling allowance from their pay, what remains? It is as good as nothing!
Hon Kambwili speaks for the poor miners, Liato you are a liability, when you were a union at Zesco , used to speak for workers, just shut up and let miners ask for a better conditions . zambia is not for raw deal. PF is working atleast you biys u are failing to work, accept your failures.
Chaps the inflation rate must not enter the argument here as these guys are not paid a living wage at all! Other mines in Zambia pay 10 times what these people in Luanshya get. Operator in Luansya gets K200,000 per month while similar operator in other mines such as Lumwana or Kansanshi gets K2 million. So the increase this chaps are getting is not one to counter the effects of inflation but to bring them into parity with indutry norms. In short, Kambwili is right in speaking for these voicelss Zambians whose Unions are toothless!! And by the way, this is not a political debate but a life but a discussion on the very survival of our brothers.
100% increament ?. But you PF kaponyas never fail to amaize. With this kind of thinking, labour costs in Zambia will be on Par with europe if PF have their way. Kambwili why are the roads in your area a total disaster ?
This is bull again, Kambwili (Leopard) is above a unionist, he is MP for crying loud. He represents the massess and I guess he is the only voice in Luanshya who can help the miners. I for one having brought up in L/Shya and having spend my early years in Roan and Mpatamatato, having spent my first years in nursery, what we used to call “Domee” at Kabulangeti, when we used to watch Jumbila at Roan, when
Mwape was the best goal keeper in Zambia and when all the chickens wear are eaten at the end of the month, when parents could order household goods from “Amin”, when parents could bring use coco and kampompo back home every morning, when Luanshya used to host inter mines sport and when we could always go to kakuboko bakery for some cakes when in town. LIATO, Shut it.
#21 wear in error instead of were
#17 and #18,
You are very right. I also have relatives working for LCM in Luanshya and Mopani in Kitwe, with those employed by Mopani evidently enjoying better conditions of service. I am also amazed at the ignorance being displayed by some bloggers. The mines are located within Roan Constituency which Kambwili represents as MP. The miners are therefore his constituents whose interests he must represent. So when he demands that the miners’ conditions must be improved, he is merely carrying out his parliamentary responsibility. Is that what Liato calls anarchy?
5 john phire maybe Kambwili is your best in PF, which should not be surprising if your yardstick is Mr Sata. And please use your bemba name, you cannot be a phiri.
#22 be realistic when demanding for increaments my friend. where can you be awarded 100% increment on this earth and what kind of economics is that. utter nonsense I guess.
This MMD Gov has passed it’s use by date together with our comrade MMD chief bootlicker. These mining conglomerates are making millions of dollars on the cheap, they pay the miners meagre salaries. The MP has every right to speak for the people, this gov wants to go back to the days of threatening people with arrest. Believe me you it’s not about education, it’s the mindset that is wrong in most of fellow country men and women.
But ba bootlicker which economics have you done…people get less than K400,000 ($80) per month and there are other people in the same industry geting more than K2million ( $500), and when they demand for at lease 50% you say no give them 10% ( $8) increament.
Sure is this the economics you mastered? People have children, wives, and inlaws just like you, how do you expect them to survie on a K300 thousand per month?
Mine owners are making a lot of money but paying peanuts to workers…what a joke to Zambia.
Chishmba speaks against this injustice but you threaten him with arrest while Kachingu who was funding the Mongu terrorist you have not arrested him.
Mmm guys what justice is this?
GRZ holds the key to road repairs, hospitals being staffed and medicine in health institutions being stocked. It’s very nonsensical for any individual to blame any MP for no development. MPs just keep checks and balances but GRZ is the funding entity. I would love to have a president tomorrow who will for be for the Zambian people and not for a Zambian political party. I long for the day when even monkeys will have rights and will not in the near future be evicted regardless of how the might behave on a particular day. I look for a Zambia where every Zambian regardless of colour, sex orientation, gender will sing again our National Anthem….talk about the national anthem, most Zambians cannot even finish singing it because it has never being sung in their lives for a long time.
Kambwili is the MP for the miners in Roan. I have relatives and friends in Roan who work for these mines. If they get 10% increment, they are telling me that it will just be less that te price of a packet of sugar. Kambwili is saying the truth. Miners should reject it. Miners sacrifice a lot and suffer a lot. The Zambian miners are the same as the Chilean miners – they deserve the best.
the beauty of a free market economy is that u get paid what ever your boss will offer you…………if u dont like it you go to another mine and try a nd get a job there………….liato says this is a matter of social protection….which is try…its about putting food on the table and not beer in the belly……..an increment agreed by the miners is valid………LCM has gone thru alot of problems in recent years…………before wanting to get paid like kings…get that mine up and running
GRZ should revist taxation of mines.
I think I support those expressing surprise for 100% salary increment demands. Parity or Harmonisation is different from salary increment. If Kambwili thinks that LCM output per worker is the same as Mopani under the same conditions, which I doubt, then he needs to lobby for harmonisation or better still ask govt to raise minimum wage. Laws of economics state that you can’t take out more than what you put in. #30 is right this mine has just be re-launched and I don’t think they have produced their first profit. All wages are being paid from borrowed or capital investment. Demanding over 100% before the company is even profitable is suspect. Sounds like 90 Days economic miracle of more money in your pocket.
Suddenly the words ‘anarchy’ and ‘inciting’ have become the official passwords.
Chilean copper miners go on strike demanding higher pay, bonuses
Copper miners in Chile have gone on strike demanding higher wages and concessions because of the increasing international price over the precious metal.
On early Monday, miners working in the Chuquicamata and Mina Sur Mines, the world’s second biggest copper complex, went on strike, according to Reuters. Both mines are owned by the state-owned Chilean group Codelco. A Codelco official said, “Operations have stopped. There is no production.”
As the international price of copper increased 140 per cent in 2009 and still continues to go up, workers are demanding a 7.5 per cent raise in their salaries and individual bonuses of $28,000, reports Press TV.
contd from 24:
The company has offered employees a salary increase of 3.8 per cent and individual bonuses of $23,000 but union leaders say it isn’t enough because the cost of living is increasing, according to BusinessWeek.
So here are the facts on the copper prices and pay (see comment 34 and 35)!
Zambia and Chile sell the mukuba to the same markets and hence the Zambian folks are greatly under paid!! All you people rubbishing Kambwili, can you elaborate on this massive pay differential between Zambia and Chile?? You, chi MMD Chief Bootlicker, can you defend your stupid comments now?
Least paid miner in Australia earns 30,000 USD, and the average salary for miner is 101,901.44 USD! Compare that to Zambia…….. OMG! Should have said OMFG!!
Get rid of the policy makers period! I cant believe some of you guys are denoucing Kambwili on this issue!
Every b.uffoon in government is inciting the arrest of every other b.uffoon outside government. Ala bwafya!
All you guys saying 100% is too much, do you know how much the miners are getting now?
If they get 200pin and they are asking for another 200pin, that’s nothing compared to what them infestors make and send out of the country. It would have been better to ask for figures first before condemning the miners.
Copper, lead, nickel and zinc fell on heightened expectations that China, the world’s largest user, may take further steps to curb asset prices after data showed its economy expanded more than economists forecast. Copper for three-month delivery on the London Metal Exchange declined as much as 0.9 percent to $9,494 a metric ton, before trading at $9,525 at 3:46 p.m. Singapore time.
Ati no, the miners are asking for too much! Kambwili is the miners’ Pwele.
#37, those figures are annual, so the $30,000 lowly paid miner ends up with a take home of say $2000/month. contractors end up with a little less than that.i hope tis helps to compare with the Zambian figures which are around $1000 (OZ dollars)
some of you so called economics should be ashamed of yourselves, trying to bring in your economics even in places where common sense should be used.Someone who is paid K500000 asking for 100% shouldn’t be viewed with your fake economics, you silly chaps don’t have any relatives who go underground to make money for these foreigners, you are part of those who these foreigners give cuts to shut the poor up,shame on you traitors. Let this man speak, and it’s high time all the MPs took interest in what their constituents go through in working places. You are the reason this country is a shame!!!
This government seems so eager to arrest everybody before the 2011 polls. Anyway, from what I can see, arresting a 92 years old Freedom Fighter amounts to the stupidest political act on can ever dream of. By now, Maxwell Mututwa is a hero in Barotseland. Only Kanishamezi is capable of such masalamusi that can only explode in his “beautiful” face and make it even more pretty.
when did the law change permitting Minister to decide who should be arrested and not. This proper initimadtion of citizens. The police are there to enforce laws and its their job to arrest not a minister. Please liato go to hell and leave Kambwili alon with his miners and constitutents.
I think people here don’t understand market forces and economics and you tend to argue with your emotions too much. Don’t confuse hard work with income earned. Those are separate things. Let me list some facts for your guys to ponder about
1. The guy who digs a trench probably works harder than those of you in your offices, does he earn more money than you, even if he has 20 kids?
2.My University Professor is more smarter than Tiger Woods and he spent all his life educating himself to get all titles anybody can get, does he earn more money than Tiger woods?
3. Google guys failed to finish their PhD degrees and dropped out , but today they are billionaires, is that fair that my Doctor who spent 7 years in med school and 5 years in residence only manages less than 10K per month?
Just because I have 20 Kids and I can dig a hole to get copper out does not entitle me to a King’s salary. People get paid what they bring to the table. Right now people attack bonus given to Invetment bankers, but they forget that those Investment Bankers bring in billions for those companies. You get paid what the market offers and it has nothing to do with what your neighbour is doing or how many mouths you have to feed. If you job pays low quit , move to Kitwe and get hired by Mopani and earn top dollar.
No 42 u are absolutely right, these lunatics like Jojo and the like are just concentrating on the 100%, they dont even know if its 100% of k600,000 or any amount below K1m, sometimes people try to separate politics and real problems our people are facing. Our people shouldnt continue suffering in our own country while the foreigns keep on enjoying and exploiting our resources and remember it doesnt take eduction to make a good leader, they are a lot of educated people who dont even brains to know whats moral and whats not moral, only wisdom will make a good leader.
#45 & 46, please present educated arguments.. The comparisons you are making don’t make sense. Try to compare people doing the same job with same education then you have a point. Your Doc & Tiger woods are not doing the same job. Even people doing the same job are sometimes rewarded on performance and output. Also people have different conditions of service
Freedom, have u seen what education can do to people, you are already off topic without realising it,please go and rest maybe you had a long day.
Zambia IS a favourable investment destination. The investors pay peanuts and take home huge profits and do almost nothing to the communities they operate in. The gov’t in turn showers them with praises.Who wouldn’t invest in Zambia ?
No 43, crime has no age,if he is your grandfather i pity you, and please next time try to advice the old man to stay away from trouble. Even you, you need to go to bed like no 45 bcoz you will be late for school tomorrow.
first things first the geza needs to go on a diet…then the treadmill!!!
Please cage this PF THUG WE WANT DISCIPLINED MP THIS HONOURABLE IS BEHAVING UNHONOURABLY THATS UPND WILL NEVER WORK WITH THESE KAPONYAS
Hi Guys
Let us be rational as we discuss issues regarding our country. Its all we have. Some some statements are so inciting and yet we only have one Zambia. Politics are Politicts we are busy debating throwing misiles at each other meanwhile the Politicianans are busy dining togrther.
Take care
Fellow Zambian do we really understand democracy?
The MP has every right to speak on behalf of the people in his constituency.
Hon. Minister we need good salaries and not slave wages .Please refrain from issuing threats, this is 21st century. Lets us discuss really issues. To me Hon.Kambwili is one of the best MP. People of Roan give Hon.Kambwili another term.
100 % salary increments, has Kambwili being a manager before? But Mr. Liato don’t just look at a wet Kambwili and think he a cat, he will flush you & MMD in mud.
The price of copper is at an all time high and the LCM workers are still getting pre- GFC rates. Now that we are in the post GFC era with massive earnings to the mine owners, its just about time the workers got his just recompense. Liato et al are trumpeting for the owners because they have been promised a windfall for theie election expenditures. Its just so common knowledge that its about time we reaped from our sweat, let alone the abundance from our natural reserves.
If the govt doesnot want windfall taxes from the mines, then the miners have the right to demand windfall salary increaments period!!
They have worked very very hard for the profits being reaped by the chinese who etremely pathetic employers the world over.
What a govt of jokers we have
“offence of causing anarchy and inciting miners”, new case. Beware, new cases are being invented for those in the opposition. Demanding the rightful amounts to be paid for your services is now against the law. One wonders on which side the government is. I did not know that Liato works for a Chinese firm until he opened his mouth. If government will not protect the workers, who will?
Liato suold also be arrested for speaking on behalf of mine management, why should he speak as if he s company spokesman?Anyway thats what you get when you have twits for leaders
Copper prices have reached an all time high price, give the miners what they deserve
Liato shouldn’t behave as if we are in the age of “cave-men”, We live in a DEMOCRATIC STATE which fully enshrines the FREEDOM OF SPEECH, how miners conduct their business thereafter is really none of his business. If they recognise that his advice is sound & have the basis for it, then the employer just has to accept that this is the case & negotiate.
Where in the world can you get 100% pay rise you cheap politician? that mine will end up closing & what increment will be there to talk about.
Some PF MPs are just outright dunderheads.that mine has just modernised its equipment now they should huge salaries before production, what nonsense
KABWILI IN ENGLISH IS A HOLE PERIOD!
Liato is un educated .he was a union leader at zesco when i was a trainee engineer .he was feared by management for his outspokenness together with a guy called godfrey beene(i wonder were he is ).to shut his mouth mwanawasa (unfortunately )appointed him minister .and since then liato has sold his soul .he now feels he is on the other side .this is the leadership style that made FTJ a workers hero but as soon as he was president he sold all the companies that he spoke for when he was a trade union chap .This is a lesson that africa will never learn.NO one really cares ,if they do just know ,they are suffering .as soon as something is given to them ,they turn around .shame liato .
Its Liato who is inciting the arrest, there is freedom of speech, he shud jst concentrate on campaign for the coming elections, so that he gives the pipo of his constituency wateva he has banked from the gov
Regardless of what miners “should” be paid, threatening political opponents with charges of inciting anarchy whenever you disagree is a very bad development for Zambia! Government (any government) must defend the people’s right to freedom of speech and not resort to bane threats of locking up its political opponents like some tin-pot dictatorship.
And this same ‘economics ignorant’ kambwili is being parroted as shadow finance minister by the Pitiful Fools(PF).
#12 What do you do if a bee sits on your testacles? You hit it hard and also feel the pain from your blow. You get a fat cheque so you dont care.
#64
fumbi- And the MMD illitrates think they have a minister? They laugh at PFs GBM, me I dont see any difference except the latter has got money.
Kambwili thanks for what you are doing keep it up. Liato is there to keep his Job, but he knows the right thing.
Waz nice listening Kambwili and Liato in a teleconverzation on Radio Phoenix 06h45 newz. #10 You often make objective comments, though you compromize that with being an MMD bootlicker. You would do well to drop the name calling.
But Kabwili should also show maturity in his statements
Kambwili is more than right. Some abnoxoius bloggers here are making really weird comments. Are we from this same planet?, or some are martians/ET’s! Our brothers are paid less than a living wage – slavery wages! Please desist from commenting on matters you are not fully conversant with, as can be seen from your spelling mistakes – some of you are mere literals! I dont need to be an economist to undertstand the facts of day to day suffering of our people. Let K. speak for his constituents, what is 100% of 200pin! To me its nothing! As a matter of fact let them demand 1000%! You *diots! Liato was just anouncing a minimum wage incerease from 249pin to 436pin! This is a total contradiction to the laid laws of the country. Liato is one hell of an *diot!
liato two days ago announced the increment of wages for the domestic servant for more than 90% that is from k250000 to k430000 so what is wrong with the miners you fools who are condeming kambwili cant you see that domestic servant will be geting more than the miners just for washing their masters pants.working at the mine is very risking you f………..
lets lets not politise every thing imwe ba fake economist ba pa cavendish univ
imwee bafikala kambwili is right what is 10% increament to someone who earns K180,000 per month? its not just a question of politics but he has seen the suffering of people in his area.
Zambia is the only country on earth whose leaders protect foreigners interests than their own people’s interests.
#34 -37
Section- I wish the pot bellied MMD leaders can see sense in this. Yesterday MMD bought the day air time of Ichengelo Radio because this station is the most popular among anti- MMD. They spent the whole through a Mr. Malanje supporting the GRZs refusal to impose Windfall Tax. The speakers included Mbula kulima. My worry is that the same small brains were in the fore front defending Mwanawasa’s introduction of WT. Just as they did that time, yesterday they were giving all sorts of childish reasons why the Tax should not be re introduced, such as scaring away investors. They forget that just accross the Border in DRC, Investors have toll the countries laws and rules other wise they get kicked out. Yet they are still there inspite of the wars

Kalos2121 says:
January 20, 2011 at 6:57 pmLiato, what a wako. He failed to comment on Kaingu inciting the poor kids in Western Province but goes to the media to threaten fellow MP’s about collective bargaining. I MISSED THIS ONE GOOD
Zambian basic miner = 450,000 kwacha per month.
Western country miner = The same money for 4 hours work.
Zambians ARE JUST SLAVES TO CHINA!
Gents and ladies,
We need to get some facts straight on this matter. I am the Public Relations Officer for CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines and i feel we need to share some facts so that we argue from an informed position. The lowest paid miner for at CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines gets K1,400,000.00 per month. That includes General workers and workmen on surface. The lowest paid worker underground gets slightly over K1,600,000.00. There is no one working for CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines who gets less than those figures i have given.
One thing to note also is that after BINANI closed the mine in 2000, it took govt 3 years to get an investor who later moved in in june 2004.This means that the mine wage structure was domant for 4 years and that partially explains the reason why the lowest paid miner at KCM/Mopani may allegedly get K2,400,000. per month.
#81 – Sydney, I am buffered to learn that a worker working for a Mine can get a basic of K1.4m per month. That’s an average of $10/- per eight hour shift of $1.25/- per hour. Such wages may be acceptable in China because they bleed like rats but there definately not acceptable in Zambia. A 1000% would be more than justified in this instance, Kambwili continue speaking for your people.
This country has been sold to the Chinese. TIME and again, I have always called for the Planting of a Chinese Flag at State House cause China ruling us not us benefiting. Copper prices have shot to $9700 / tonne. The highets ever. The mines have budgeted Copper prices less than $3500 / tonnes to make a profit but it is selling for $9700 / tonne. So MINES all of them making super profits. There is no way they can offer a 10% Salary Increment. It’s daylight robbery of proceeds of our resources. Kambwili you are right they should reject the slave pay rise…………
MMD Chief Bootlicker @ 12 ”””””””’That is why we believe we can work with great minds in UPND and not these Kaponyas from Kulima Tower whose goal is to just raid the treasury and assign themselves plots once in power.”””This statement is an empty one , shut up ….look at your self man! this is just a reflection of who you are…waba????????????
hey guys lets face facts here, i have spoken with the miners 100% will be less than 10 million kwacha for the top boss in lya, which is far much less than what some people are getting in zambia so why make noise. do you know how much money chiluba stole?
kambwili … a future president a kaponya!! hahah kwena zambia thats why u will never develop, always hating on people that are trying to do good. well the people that are commenting stupidity live out of zambia so hwo do u know what miners are going through, miners earn wat u eran per hour in a month! kambwili alande po at ni kaponya ok nga ni kaponya 2011 is here tuka mona!!! donchi ukubeba !!
