Ministry of Lands officials who issued the title deed and Lusaka City Council officials who issued the building permit and property occupancy certificates are all public servants. So hw was the state unable to know who it was dealing with whn Edgar Lungu was President of Zambia? Will Zambia ever be a normal country again? Perhaps not in my lifetime.

35. How many politicians are serving jail terms since this fight was started by LPM. If this government is serious they should give long jail sentences to any civil servant found guilty and grab the stolen properties. This should be extended to the current crop of politicians, don’t wait until you leave office. Otherwise you are just wasting our money.
