  2. Hahahaha this is getting so boring and very predictable. People think governance is something anyone can do as long as they have some qualifications. That is not the case, and hh is evidence of that. Experience in public office is very vital. Pwanya nini

  3. Why even talk about that Naka… Only that the president is live I could have used my language.
But make it more fast bro. We gotta work to do. Action action action that’s what we demand.

  5. Hypocrites! Full of blanks.
The conference did not address issues. Just full of usual brags and accusations. What a time wasting opening remarks.

  13. It’s the fault of Edgar Lungu that we have ended up with this kind leadership. If he had the right thing, or if Levy Mwanawasa had not died prematurely or if Fredrick Titus Jacob Chiluba hadn’t changed the Constitution to certain people, we wouldn’t be where we are. Over all it’s Edgar to blame for not listening to the people’s outcry.

  15. The dictatorial tone has scared me. We should not amend laws to put people in jail even before being found guilty by the courts of law. Remember UPND may not be around in the next election!

  19. This presser has come too early. It should have come after the Attorney General files his response to Milingo Lungu in Court, that’s what we’re waiting for

  20. Managing the Presidential message will be critical to it being effective and most of they could be written official press query especially those Press and not Brief and not enroute meetings for most of the current issues to be closed and any follow-up clarification made quickly then the chitimukulu advise should be observed it’s not necessary every response it’s not necessary frequency and information meetings could be achieved creatively in other opportunity events even so by line ministers but points have been raised for further clarification that is the problem so it becomes cycle that should be addressed normally

  21. One can say lungu set the bar so low that any one can sound and do better……….

But , you have to admit………….

    This HH is the business………..

Zambia has a very bright future under HH…

Even Rawandas progress will pale in comparison.

The donner countries know this , and are now waiting for results from the president………

  22. I am glad I didn’t waste my time watching this address in full. All I could see was an egotistical man ranting away with no solid plans to implement the over ambitious lies he promised you all during elections. I weep for zambia. Lesa what did we do to deserve such monkey business

  23. Cattle is a valuable animal it’s like those trades in CATTLERANGE we should rather be worried and building on the beauty of the cattle in compensation with other agricultural productivity kept in all provinces but focus on addressing the economy and economic progress we helped to achieve discussions around restructuring with IMF and world Bank there is still more to be achieved amongst the creditors official we may be there close to a year it’s important that focus is made towards that that is what we needed to hear more on the press and speedy on same dragging structural Issues and counter legal same things little progress on economies

  24. Progress on the economy and sectors like the mwinelumba economic indicators must begin show because that is how progress will be measured

  25. Sometimes if it’s not official press query and you respond you may be misunderstood and not conclusively deal with it as in some issue you are raising Official press query then stick and close it quickly it was good but more questions been raised again than answers that is why official press query and responses better and occasionally chats as part of normal working environment you can learn the hard way ??

  26. Just when you finish one issue another comes and our issues are not of significantly nature to address the real issues issues of the economy affecting our people it’s always same same progress has to be made for the people not same this one that one Real economic and Transformative issues and ideas that will move Zambia a step further

  27. I watched HH Press Conf… It was Me i can solve this maths problem, me I know karate, me I’m is very intelligent, Me will do this and that, Zambian must praises and thank me..And deny this and that and deny some more. . We do have a Self-Praise in HH and he has a band of praise singers cheering him.

HH need to focus on fixing the economic and forget about admiring his paint job.

  29. Forgive the president for sounding too assured and emphasis on the work done thus far………..

But even by african standards, the rot and mess left by lungu regime was shocking and astounding ……….

Even to seasoned african mangers like HH………..the mess is overwhelming…….

This is the kind of economic, social and moral mess that has destroyed other countries like Zaire……..now DRC………

  30. NAPTHALI @23.. @24.. @25.
Did you miss lessons at school on how to use Comma (,) Full Stops (.) Question Marks (?) Colon & Semi-Colons (‘ 😉 ? Your writing is not readable. You combine statements and questions all in one long paragraph. One cannot understand what the hell you are debating about. Take a breath and pause.

  31. Was that HH? I could not believe he was the one saying those things . The level of my doubts has been eleveted.

  32. When people are watching others playing chess o football they blame them thinking that they don’t play too good but the question lies again if you are a professional why blaming the players for not playing too well when you yourself didn’t even participate??

  33. I chose not to listen to this useless presser. I have come to know BMW to well to waste time to get to hear him blubbering.

  34. I am seeing the edited version but I think the startergy is to assume the best standards in values and virtues and deal with critical issues affecting Those institutional can be within normal. Quick and catch to the point. Maybe to the researched press position it becomes affirmatively Presidential but occasionally it can turnout social depending on issues on the table 2 to 4 answered questions could be also catch the rest later

  35. The point is that there is often a different between a press a briefing and a pass In the Press you attend to officially requested and answered to often in written to many questions ofimportant nature then allow for small clarification at the end These could be as to the urgency or timely mess including criticality

In a brief it’s a simple issue on a smaller media by a lesser or official That is the point These unlike press could be many and timely

Quick catch and to the point and close

  36. THIEVES AND CORRUPT ELEMENTS ARE THE ONES WHO ARE SCARED. THEY THOUGHT HH WAS GOING TO RELAX OVER THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION, FOR SURE , WE NOW HAVE A SERIOUS PRESIDENT. AM ALSO JUST WAITING FOR A TOLL FREE LINE TO REPORT SEVERAL CORRUPT CASES, AHA BA MUKUKULU MULIMUCIBE, AND BA PRESIDENT PLEASE FIRE ALL THOSE DELAYING THE ARRESTS OF THE IDENTIFIED CRIMINALS OF OOUR ECONOMY
