RUBBISH pa Zed says much about our politics…
Our research students say that to have a clean city or country, you need a strong leader whose directives can be obeyed. You also need laws which penalise the culprits for throwing garbage anyhow. We Zambians have become immuned to garbage. When we’re in RSA or Botswana or Namibia etc we don’t throw rubbish anyhow. Yet in Zambia, we just throw rubbish anywhere. We need a people revolution that will go to Lusaka Dirty Council and demand the resignation of the incompetent officers, counsellors , etc. We also need to put pressure on the MPs within Lusaka.

I also feel quite happy whenever I see a pic of our first president. I think it’s comparable to the feeling of pride that Americans get when they see images of George Washington. Pic #9 those kids look smarter than the vulnerable kids we’ve seen on the streets. Anyhow, it’s a good initiative and let’s hope it was not just a PR show for Easter. The filthy side of the city is really a pain in the neck. Doesn’t the council have enough work force to clear that rubbish or is it lack of proper equipment?
We need researchers to go and check how to strengthen immunities of the sicka round the world. Surely no amount of medicines can save you from that amount of germs. its the strong immunity of Zambians that keeps them going.

P.F = POLITICAL FAILURES…..SHOW US WHICH COUNCIL IMPROVED IN 90 DAYS TO LEAD ZAMBIA NATIONALLY AND WHY HAS LUSAKA P.F COUNCIL BEEN THE WORST IN HISTORY?
I was recently in Lsk. I saw a Police officer throwing rubbish from the car on Independence Avenue just near SDA Church. I was on a bus going in the same direction with the same Police car. When we reached the traffic lights I told the Police officer to set good precedence by not doing what he did. The response I got from him was” don’t tell boma what to do and I can impound the minibus” and off he went.
ARV, sorry NRC, sorry ala bi, i hope you haven’t turned those envoys into image builders in pic#6.
There was so called change at council level, look what we got!!! It’s shameful that such images are accessible internationally. Ba PF what benefits are saying you’ll bring to the people? This is scandalous, I went thru Kitwe, Ndola and Lusaka as far back as 2009, what a disgrace!!! You have made Zambia worse at local level, dont make it national level. Sata is a big con for personal benefit as his counillors have proved. Zambians tukasebana if u let PF get state house too. Many more peole will leave while others planning to come back will stay away or go elsewhere. Dont lie to people, there’s nothing you can offer as we’ve seen with the counils.
The dirt in on the Copperbelt and Lusaka is a government ploy. All city councils controlled by PF are either underfunded, not funded or maliciously suspended. The blame must be directed at RB and Chituwo. Regardless, why am I wasting my energy? After all residents of these two provinces are smarter than RB and Chituwo. They all know why their places are like the way they are now. They know that Sata did it once and he can do it again.

Why so much dirt? how can some one think properly when their is so much gabage? I still don’t understand how gabage collection can be a difficult thing to do. All one needs is a tipper or any other truck that can hold the trash and some kaponyas to load thus more money in their pokets. If you don’t want to use labour then a loader will do. It is such a simple thing.
