Continued Detention of Mumbi Phiri without Trial is unacceptable-HH

1. Killing a fellow human being remains a murder case. HH has no any right at all to interfeer in any murder juridical process. At the hand of these criminals a lot of lives were lost.
   Let also killers like Bouwman Lusambo be arrested and charged. That is what we Zambians are waiting for. No one use ever be above the law. If the present leadership shields these criminals,
   the future leadership shall still deal with them.

   • Mumbi Phiri should have been arrested. Bowman Lusambo should have been arrested. You Kaizar Zulu should be arrested. Edgar Chaga Chakolwa Lungu aka Jonathan Mutawire should be arrested. No person implicated in the murder of another should be gallivanting scot free. You should be in jail without bail, to wait however long it takes the criminal justice system you created takes to bring you before a judge.

Regarding the presidential defamation law, I think he dealt with this adequately. It would be fair to wait to see what the legal reform committee will come up with.
