Loitering at polling stations is an offence-ECZ Director

THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has said that lingering at polling stations after a voter has cast his or her vote is an electoral offence, which will not be condoned in the tripartite elections on September 20.

Director of elections Priscilla Isaac said in an interview on yesterday that remaining at polling stations is not allowed, and that voters will leave polling stations immediately after voting or risk being arrested.

“Once you cast your vote, you leave. So, no one will be allowed within 400 metres of any polling station,” she said.

Ms Isaac was reacting to a story in The Post newspaper edition of September 18 which Mr Sata reportedly urged Zambians to defend their votes tomorrow by remaining at polling stations after casting their votes.

In the story, Mr Sata called on voters to be alert and physically inspect any suspicious-looking people at polling stations, a purely police function.

According to PF president Michael Sata, while speaking on a QFM special programme on Saturday night, the Government agencies, including the Electoral Commission of Zambia are working in collusion with the MMD to rig elections on Tuesday. He called on his supporters go out to vote early, remain at polling booths and wait for instructions from Patriotic Front command centres on how to deal with any attempts to subvert the will of the people.

[pullquote]“We cannot tell you now. The issue is that people must go out early and then we shall tell them what to do. But I must warn all those wanting to rig the poll that they will have to prepare for the consequences of such acts,” Mr Sata said.[/pullquote]

Mr Sata said the party has all the information on the plans to rig the Tuesday poll but adequate measures were in place to defeat the evil being coordinated by self-confessed vote rigger Vernon Mwaanga.

“We cannot tell you now. The issue is that people must go out early and then we shall tell them what to do. But I must warn all those wanting to rig the poll that they will have to prepare for the consequences of such acts,” Mr Sata said.

Mr Sata further revealed that the PF established itself with necessary vote monitoring mechanisms including parallel vote tabulation and so will know the actual result in good time and thus no one will fool them into accepting a rigged poll this time around.

“All (government) agencies including the ECZ are working as wings of the MMD but people must go out and vote early and follow what the party leadership will tell from time to time,” he said.

  1. What is Sata trying to say,is this what they were doing with the late Chiluba to win elections.I personally dont feel sorry for this old man because he had all the opportunity to make Zambia have a better constitution, all they did was to put clauses to stop KK from contesting election. This should serve as a big lesson to all those selfish politicians.

  2. this is what happens ….now what can we  say…is sata… Peaceful or not,,,this ***** must go for ever,,.i think the old man is mad just go and smoke than westing ur time

  3. Priscilla, what about the polling booths discovered in Long Acres by te Public, which your organisation naively and casually stated they must have fallen from a moving truck, do you think that inspire confidence, comeing after allegations of pre-marked ballots???
You dont enjoy the monopoly f wisdom as ECZ, peaceful people awaiting announcement of an election result can not be provoked by the police!!!!! By the way, campigns ended on Sunday morning, I hea someone is commissioning somehting today, let them not dress in their political regalia or make any statement bordering on campaigning!!! Undertaker, You can not castyrate the whole country, clamoring for transprency, PVT was also illegal not too long ago, but we using it tomorrow! How long will this remain ilegal????

  4. I don’t know if it is even worth it to comment on this old man’s rants. He seem to define a rigged election as one he has lost and the elections will only be free and fair if he wins, and he seem to believe his 55 % win misguided poll from the POST and so we should expect 3 million people standing at polling stations waiting for instructions from the so called PF command. This man is delusional and out of touch with reality.

Anyway, I wont say much. The talking has stopped and the game has began

I have to go now. Am catching a flight this morning to go and perform my civic duty. Tomorrow I will cast my vote and go and spend time with people I have not seen in a while and Wednesday, I will be back blogging from Zambia full time.

May the Best Party win and good luck to all.

  5. @#7 Bootlicker. Everything has to come to an end at some point. Who ever thought Gaddafi would go at some point? What we don`t want though is chaos in Zambia.

Safe flight though your english is a bit confusing. You will be back blogging from Zambia full time????

  6. 400 METRES AWAY?????……………MOST OF THE POLLING STATIONS LIKE SCHOOLS ARE WITHIN LESS THAN 100 METRES OF THE RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS, SO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ENFORCE THIS LAW???……….WE MAY BE AWAY, BUT WE’LL USE BINOCULARS TO MONITOR WHAT IS GOING ON………THIS TIME AROUND, THE RIGGING MACHINE WILL BE IMMOBILISED!!!!!!!!!!!!…………..

  7. Encouraging cadres to remain at polling station is recipe for confusion. Don’t these people have monitors to witness the counting and the like? How will these cadres defend their votes by staying at polling stations? Is he not just asking these rival camps to starting fighting once they hear that he has lost by so doing hoping that the elections should be declared null and void.

Now this is the man some people want to be president of this country. The police should deal with him and his supporter firmly. Lock them a thousand of them in a small cell without bail and bathing water for 14 days. If it will be him touring polling station as he usually does lock him. Only monitors should be allowed to tour polling stations. If it is Namakado Mmembe arrest him too unless if he is a monitor.

  8. ECZ should not worry. we the PF shall stay 400m away from the Polling stations and we shal be peaceful. MMD should just leave us to be in peace.

  9. What is Mr. Sata up to??? From his rants, it’s clear that he wont accept defeat which begs the question, what is he up to???

  10. We need fresh blood to win the elections,we are tired of the old blood always, may be zed would take another direction instead of remaining behind.Buya sata,Buya banda

  11. whats happening with Times of Zambia and Daily-maily, they are not attacking either Sata or the Post News paper, are conceding defeat in tomorrows elections?

  12. Mmmmh Mrs P Isaac, you are known OP  connections at UNZA but know…….
No more campaigns, no more doubts….the dye is cast…Lets Vote out leaders who cheated Zambians by not giving them or enacting a new constitution-BILL OF RIGHTS. Vote out leaders who amended the Anti-Corruption ACT, esp clause 37 so that they can steal -Bloody thieves!! Isn’t it a shame, the same leaders who cheated Zambians are now begging for VOTES from the very people they cheated?? Shame!! VOTE OUT leaders who killed our people and our relatives in mongu and those who killed our people in mazabuka, Vote THEM OUT,!! LET’S VOTE THEM OUT, OUT!!

  13. LET PEOPLE EXERCISE THEIR DEMOCRACY WHY CHASING THEM FOR THEIR RIGHT.IF IT MEANS WAITING AT A DISTANCE OF 400 METRES IT IS JUST OK AS LONG AS THEIR ARE NO ATTEMPTS TO BALLOT PAPERS.ZAMBIAN’S WE ARE ONE LET US UNITY OUR SELVES FOR PEACE AND BUILD JUSTICE, LEADERSHIP COMES AND GO,WE SAY NO TO ANY BLOOD SHADE DURING AND AFTER ELECTION.VOTE WISELY AND ALLOW GOD TO CHOOSE THROUGH YOU.I KNOW MANY OF US HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR SOME ONE WHO CAN SPEAK FOR US, TIME IS NOW CHOICE IS YOURS.

  14. Naleka mu MMD I have join now the peoples choice…..which is PF.Guys in MMD insulting Sata is the wast of time because people who vote for you in rural areas have no access to Internet…..and you guys in UPND you are up coming political party but for this elections forget try next time because this is the end of MMD.

  15. Kekekekekekekeke….. Priscilla tell us the offence; section chakuti, subsection fyompo. You know that when we hang around until we count and announce, it is tricky. Once again tell us the sections of the law that weill be abrogated…

  16. Sata should just die. I’m sorry to say but that is what you deserve when you are a danger to soceity. Zambia has only one government in charge of law enforcement. If he wants to run his own govt they should just declare civil war so that they are crushed. Next time he is sick, no evacuation.

    • KUNTA_WHATEVER-U ARE A COMPLETE *****,WHY DON’T YOU DIE FIRST WITH YR USELESS DOGGY CHILDREN.MULEKWATA IMANO,U CLAIM THAT YOU HAVE CHILDREN BUT MUMUTWE AMANO TAMWABA.IF YOU WISH SOMEBODY DEATH,YOU SHUD AS WELL DIE AND GO TO HELL.ZAMBIA IS IN SWIMMING IN A STREAM OF POVERT BECOZ OF SELFISH,CORRUPT FOOLS LIKE YOU.WE WILL SHOW U,KUFILILA MUNSEGA IF U R NOT CAREFUL.

  17. Atase kana Isaac ukutumpa; 400m for what? Why should ba shushushu determine who should lead Zambia? From printing to voting you are still thinking you are clever bakolwe imwe. Every dog had its day; Gbagbo, Gadaffi and Mubarrak were more powerful. We want change mishino yenu

  18. Zambia does not belong to Sata and his supporters. Zambia belongs to 13 million individuals. Everybody must follow the law. Winangu azafapo vachabe. Anyway the police will be there.

  19. Mr Sata, you always get it wrong….why this desperation? how many of your own children have you instructed to hang around polling stations?

If you loose, just accept defeat, for once in your life do the respectable thing, if you win then God bless you and go forth and serve the Zambian people…. no need for violence. Remember that your children have to live in Zambia too…what legacy will you leave them with?

  20. This woman is a MMD cadre. Registered PF observers can stay at the polling station – don’t try to twist Sata’s words to incite violence just so your boss Rupiah “Gbagbo” Banda can stay in State House by force. ni pa bwato this time, sorry madam

  21. Please, please advise your father to desist from violence. Advise him that if he looses then he must respect the will of the people. Let him show some dignity. There can only be one winner. And if he does win (miracles do happen), then good luck to him, we shall respect him as our president.. but violence ta kana please ta papata.

  22. Sata is a danger to our peacefull Zambia coz he has overstayed in his position. He is the longest serving party president who has lost the most times. Zambians need to learn from Sata’s bad record and avoid keeping leaders in one position for too long. Abash disgruntled leaders!

  23. $B.I.T.C.H.$, which section of the law supports your threats, mind you, you will be jobless in the next 2 weeks mukongo obe

  24. UPND is getting the whole SP, WP, N/WP, Central and parts of lusaka province. PF and MMD be warned not to go violent accussing UPND of rigging the elections! Don’t kubeba that the Hour has come to vote forward!

  25. This Isaac…, is she a Zambia or something else. Which law states that we shud be 400 m away from polling station. My house is 200m from the polling station and u want me to go where. What are u planning?? Me i will ensure i see what happens after we have voted. Twalamikata this time and please dont try anything silly to rig the elections.

  26. This girl has no right to issue such a statement. Instead of calming things down, it will just bring suspicion. Lets just have transparency in this whole saga and let whoever wins take over. After all, these are all just games

  27. Rupiah is a despicable leader, says Patrick Mwanawasa jnr (Post) . This juvenile delinquent must be reminded that leaders come and go. His father cannot rule from the grave. This is RB’s time and he has different style from Levy. Mwaice you father was not a King but a president for a limited period of time and RB does not owe him a thing, if he does it means your father owed Chluba a thing or two. Going by your definition of a despicable leader, your father by implication was also a despicable leader by not honouring and worshiping Chiluba who brought him from doldrums. Be care what you say youngman or the laws mighty visit your mother to explain were she got all that wealth. Your bloody *****.

  28. PF and the Past shinda paper cannot even trust their own elections monitors. These fulls have to shepard their mobs into the polling booths to witness vote counting? You are gone for good now. There is no turning back.

  29. Some castrate this Pig, Sata, is an idot. Him will be sited at home and he wants people to spend the whole day at polling stations.

I’m very sure there will be no rigging, PF will be beaten clearly. MMD is a much more organized party that PF

  30. Be careful what you say youngman or the laws might visit your mother to explain where she got all that wealth. Your bloody *****.

  31. Well when citizens do not  have any confidence in their Election officers, one is left without any choice but to take up responsibilities themselves. While it is wrong for ba Sata ECZ have addressed the key issues or concerns regarding this election year. May The Lord watch over our nation.

  32. Think carefully whoever you vote for..not that I am supporting anyone, but be practical, Sata has already a stroke, if he wins and and gets a heart attack during his tenure (highly plausible), Zambia will be in a mess once again. Besides he doesn’t have much office experience. My rule of thumb is if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, let the current chap do his thing. Better the Devil you know than the Devil you don’t know.

  33. Mubarrak used to win all elections (dont know about erections) for 30 years; voting was a formality; is this the Zambia we all want to live in? Its not about age, tribe, fitness or what; its about the right of citizens to choose who they want to lead. If Kaunda stuck to his seat, there would have been no MMD. Even Mugabe will go, just time bane. This monster of a system you have created just because you are OP; or because you have won contracts through RB and his connections is very unfortunate. One thing for sure, it will backfire one day. Gadaffi owned lapgreen (Zamtel); will the company save his arse? Its better to create a system that works for all because no one knows what the future holds for each one of us. U will sufer from indigestion like GAdaffi

    • Never wish anybody to die so evil do you pray reverse your words no body should ever wish the death of a fellow citizen we are one in the image of God (mwaba how would you feel if said i wish you were dead today this is bad )its one zambia one nation may the one who is popular to the people win the elections without rigging if such a thing exists in Zambia for desperate leaders

      chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaoooo happy voting

  34. if a candidate looses, akuna matata; but if you get sick people like Mwanga to manipulate results and state that “computers have produced results” then it will be difficult to justify. We know you have guns, police officers, OP, and the list can go on; but review what Nkomesha said to her people. THERE IS NO VALUE IN VOTING FOR MMD; for 20 years you did nothing, in the last 90 days you want to do everything. Lwenu, the country will be ungovernable if you rig. Just remember your loot will never save you because the poor are too many; the disadvantaged are too many; you will not manage to fight them.

  35. Most people on this blog never cease to amuse me. Most people on this blog if not all, especially that they know how to blog, are educated people but most comments are like coming from illiterate people.
This idea of supporting individuals and hoping that either RB or SATA who are merely men of flesh will sort out our problems is really misguided.
The answer in this country is to have strong institutions which people will trust other than vesting all the power in an individual called PRESIDENT who appoints every Jim and jack in all public institutions.
In my opinion, neither RB or SATA as individuals have what it takes to change this country for the better especially with weak systems that we have.

  36. # 26 & 28 Kunta-Kinte, we mbwa wee! Mushondo wa noko! Bloody bastard son of the devil, how can you wish any human being dead, did you create anyone? Priscillar Isaac, you are a liar, stop intimidating people you dimwit! Even if MMD wins you are not a suitable candidate for the position of director for ECZ. That is why you are just acting and a serious administrator will be appointed by either Rupiah or Sata, it matters less. We mbushi wee!

  37. Our friends in say Botswana have been holding credible elections…whats is wrong with this country kanshi. What is so special with these finished politicians who have been in government since independence.
Why should self-confessed criminals like Mwaanga VJ and Sikota Wina be playing a role in governance of this country. Sata has been in government for a very long time.
New blood like Milupi, HH and Chipimo HAVE OFFERED THEMSELVES still people are still entertaining SATA/RB. Can someone realistically tell me how SATA/RB is better than Milupi, HH and Chipimo. Even in MMD there is MUTATI but RB IN HIS WISDOM CHOOSE KUNDA to be vice president. Whats wrong with MUTATI.
We seem to have a big problem in this country and we are about to waste another FIVE YEARS.

  38. No. 45 betters
For God’s sake and your own wisdom, if you have any, The Post is a private newspaper that is funded from private initiatives. As a private paper, it is entitled to its own editorial policy while adhering to the laws of this country. It can be sued if it infringes on anyone’s rights.
On the other hand, ZNBC,TIMES,DAILY MAIL are public media which should not act as VUVUZELAs for MMD and RB in particular.
Threatening a private newspaper is not only retrogressive but criminal and tantamount to killing this country. Just imagine ZAMBIA without a vibrant private media.
I REALLY DOUBT YOUR SANITY!!!!….YOU BELONG TO HITLERS’s NAZI GERMANY

  39. Shytex I hear you. Unfortunately politics is about numbers. One has to sell himself. When MMD took over, UNIP died. We had Mazoka who for some reason didn`t win when he was expected to win. Milupi can`t even form a government. I personally think Magande is better of all the devils we have got but is he even going to manage a thousand votes from neutral people? No!

We then have UPND, other than SP, NWP and WP the party is nowhere to be seen. Do we then let MMD carry on with all that has happened since LPM? No! Do we get our heads deep into our backsides and pretend all is well?

Who is the only option we have left then? Donchi-Simples! What we need at the moment is a shake up like we had in 1991. Unfortunately Don Chi Chi was too clever for even the people he was working with.

  40. Which Law is Priscilla citing. We must not dictate laws as we go along to appease certain parties…..Ni pama polling stations until the final count is done.

  41. May the Boat win tomorrow. I am gone. Shhhhhhhhhh! But Donchi ku riga! It would be the worst mistake you would ever make. People can be taken for fools but only for so long. Even the dim Zim Zims will one day realise they have been taken for mugs for sometime.

Peace to you Zambians. Efyo baile bakamutanda. Shhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

  42. Shhhhhhhhh! GOOD POINT!! especially under the circumstances..but for how long are we going to be in a leadership crisis in this country and who has created this leadership crisis or who has contributed to creating this leadership crisis?.
If SATA wins, we shall wake up with CHISHIMBA KAMBWILI and GBM and WILLIE NSANDA in cabinet.
If RB wins, we shall continue with KUNDA as VP, ZNBC as MMD vuvuzela with VJ as chief whip in parliament(nominated MP)
is this the country we need. These same UNIPIST politicians have created an environment where you can not sale yourself effectively. How do you sale yourself in this country POLITICALLY??

  43. Zambians this ECZ and MMD are they in partnership? When PF complains, from them”ECZ”its Isaac issuing threats to PF but when MMD complains they respond fast.e.g in Kasama over red flags within a minute PF was ordered to remove them.By the way Isaac she is a widow? if not so she is a zambian?Poverty is killing zambia this is what happens when the country has no vision leaders.ECZ,Kavindele,Sakwiba,Chifire,Lifwekelo,Chanda Chimba, and many more there waiting to harm more to zambian people when their boss go through.Look at the Houses at Kitwe central police camp. Those colonial prisons have been turn has Houses for officers.Ba Kunta Kinte please muleenda so that you see why people are complaining about this government not ayo ama propaganda you are shown pa ZNBC TV everyday.Things are not ok

  44. RB HAS BEEN RED CARDED,SATA`S GOAL HAS BEEN RULED OFFSIDE.HH HAS BEEN BROUGHT DOWN IN THE PENALTY AREA,HE IS ABOUT TO TAKE A SPOT KICK!ASK ME ON 22 FOR THE RESULTS.PEACE TO ALL! PEACE TO FOOLS! PEACE TO ZAMBIANS.

  45. It is an issue of life and Death, MMD are good with the Rigging Game, not this time around. #14 Dochi Kubeba, You are right WE’LL USE BINOCULARS. 400mtrs is fine.

BREAKING NEWS:::: I know that Dora has already lost her Petauke Central Seat?? PF one MMD zero. This time it is the women that have rejected her because she needs Alangizi….

    Viva Sata

  46. This Movement for Moral Decay, should not try and rig the polls thru the ECZ na ka Isaacs aka kene, we know they have never a clean election since 1996, the only free and fair election was held in 1991 under super ken the other polls under kafupi have been rigged by this shriveled self confessed drug dealer, home wrecker, deflowering agent, shameless election rigger in the name of  Mwanga, this time he should behave his old frame or skeleton otherwise we’ll burn that pig first.

  47. Shytex, What if UPND wins??? Trouble is HH miscalculated and it is unlikely he is even going to retain the number of MPs he had in previous elections. Infact, he has already squandered Mazoka’s popularity!!
For PF you also forgot to mention that we may have Given Lubinda, Bob Sichinga, Luxon Kazabu, Emmanueal Chenda, Fackson Shamenda and probably Dr.
Mbita chitala in Cabinet, Zambia is notshort of expertise,as you know!!!

  48. Am already geared with my jack daniels by my side waiting for victory on wensday for the marginalised zambians. Revolutionary salutation.

  49. SADC, last time said the Zimbabwe Elections were more “Free and Fair then the Zambian Elections”. so can one imagine the rigging and corruption in the this election coming up.

  50. The election assessment in the country has established that people are changing Government tomorrow 20th September 2011 by a majority vote in favour of PF and Sata and any attempts to suppress people’s aspirations and choice of their leaders will see this country in a holocost. My humble appeal to ECZ and all that may have illegal minds is to stop because they will never forget what their actions will bring. Heed the messgae from the father of the nation KK, its very clear that people don’t want MMD for obvious reasons already dwelt with in the campaigns. VJ is a dead man walking and hence has little to lose but we will not allow him tonight and tomorrow. Viva Sata viva PF

  51. Which is she talking about? what i know campaigning is not allowed within that perimeter. She twisted that law to suit MMD.F.oolish!! PF will wait outside that perimeter until poling stations are closed at 18hrs after that, anyone is free to get back and witness the announcing of results. Why do you want to mislead people.

What ECZ should know is being against Sata is simply campaigning for him.because we can see that SATA is being mistreated in this whole thing, but for what reason?they know people want change. So we shall vote for SATA.

  52. my house is only 100 meters away from my polling station so by law am i evicted automatically or face arrest for being at my house?

  53. I was one of the P.F observers for the 2006 tripartite elections. Office of the President officials came to our polling station shortly after counting was done and collected the results in the name of ECZ. These figures were used to rig the elections by adding fake figures to votes coming from villages knowing that once the fake results were announced and a fake winner declared, the “losing party” can only petition the outcome while the fake winners were in full control of the judicial system having been already sworn in. People, let us open our eyes. ECZ is used by the MMD to rig election results. Let us not sleep but do everything to defend our votes. Abash rigging.. Abash ECZ and OP rigging tactics. Viva PF. Viva change. Priscilla Isaac is an MMD member who should be ignored. Viva PF

  54. Iwe Priscila, but me my house is less than four hundred metres away from the polling station, do I have to desert my house? ubepelefye!!!

  55. Ba Mundia, #s 63,64 &65, just back off you silly hyaena. Can’t you see that you are one against 60 PF supporters? If you been to school that should tell you something and I mean you, UPND and HH get one out 73 and RB and MMD get 10 out of 73 and the people’s party the PF gets 60 out of 73. Accept we are decided to boot out Rupiah and his girl friend DOLA tomorrow no matter what they try to scheme, it will not work!! Viva Pa bwatooooooooooooooo

  56. “follow what the party leadership will tell from time to time,” said Sata

Here loud and clear Sata has taken responsibility for whatever his fellow thugs will do. He has implicated his head in acts of Genocide they have been rehearsing against Zambians. ICC Hague here is criminal. The sooner the satanist sends matching older on his murders, Police should dare not guard any of his properties or life. Counter measures to teach him that violence is bad should come with fuming and taser him heavily then burn all his sufficiently identified properties including safe houses and take his machetes instead on the throats of his family and accomplices.Thugs must be taught

  57. Country men and women!! I wish to take this opportunity to prpose a government of National Unity(sic)
    1.President–>LUPIYA BANDA ( HE RB)
    2.First Vice President.–>KING COBRA
3.Second Vice President –> RED LIPS
    4.Finance Minister –>CHISHIMBA KAMBWILI
    5.Gender Minister–> GBM
    6.Home affairs Minister–> WILLIAM BANDA
    7.Bedroom Affairs–>$ SILLIER

  58. Sata should be a good winner or good loser and its not good for him to urge PF memebers to sleep at the polling stations to avoid vote rigging by MMD and its agents. Surprisingly on the other hand he is claiming that PF has put in place to ensure PVT and presence of monitors etc. Its very uncalled for if memebers are allowed to camp at the polling stations whilst Sata will be watching the election proccedings from the comfort of his house. Its better to go out and vote in bug numbers and go home and wait for results as gthey come in. Lets not incide clashed with the police as they are always trigger happy and this may result in uncalled for violence leading to loss of lives and property and I dont think our Police have the capacity to quell riots country wide. SAY NO TO POLITICAL VIOLENCE.

  59. Mambilima: Pricillar Isaacs is not a widow and very much Zambian married to a man of Asian origin ( Srirankan). She is a very humble and soft spoken person having known her during ZCCM times where she worked in public relation department. Any way people get drunk with authority. She rose so fast from PR Manager to Director after the confusion which saw Judge Flora Mumba and Dany Kalale out of office. Well if Mrs Isaacs is over doing things to impress the appointing authority she will one day be accountable to the people of Zambia for her wrong doing. Already the heat is being generated on ACC Director General Ltd. Col Godfrey Kayukwa.

  60. How do workers with families survive every month in ths MMD’s government? I ask this because being a bachelor, I find it extremely hard to make ends meets because everything is expensive beyond reach of a honest and hard working person like myself. Can someone in same boot like myself out there help Zambia get out of this modern slavery by MMD? Good luck kuli ba Sata and PF tomorrow, they appear ready to lead this great nation.

  61. Polling Booths Confiscated:

Concerned Lusaka residents have confiscated a set of polling booths discovered today under a tree in Long-acres area.

The respective polling booths were discovered in the afternoon along Los Angels Boulevard, just opposite the European Union offices.

After the discovery, one of the residents, John Banda informed Transparency International Zambia President Rueben Lifuka and then later informed the Electoral Commission of Zambia.

    At MuviTV

  62. Priscilla, are you also going to chase away ba shushushu? They have become a danger to peaceful elections. By the way, which subsidiary law are you quoting to bar pipo from loitering at polling stations. Twaishiba ati mulefwaya ukeiba ama votes. This year kuribe ba pf tuli alert.

  63. @ALL

I have copied all your names bloggers so that by thursday i make you understand that sometimes in Life you need change .You cant compare one thing .Its not about sata but change ,we want someone who will not put gravel -ulukungu on the road 1 month before elections .Mwanawasa bridge ,Ndola stadium is two of the few thing i can remember about the late ,how about Banda, dont tell me about figures because forex is volatile like a prostitute
