If you were a bank, the safe loan would to people with a proven track record of hard work and honesty. Also, the money she is BORROWING, came from massive amounts of money Southern Province puts in the government budget. As for Mumbi Chansa go and give her money for a canoe. It is likely that the money will be a free gift on top of the many gifts of money coming from Southern Province, which has been poured in the people and their provinces, without any tangible return. You have taken our money and built pipelines and tribal universities, so shut up.
