  1. Ni referee wa lenga, Kulibali is not a good referee. He is always against Zambia. I hope the boys will play their game and not depend on the ref.

  2. Let’s hope we have the right boots for these conditions and a change of outfit after halftime! Ka nsima ka amba ku sila mu mala manje. I think better ku pika kenangu b4 ku kwapula labia or sorry lybia!

  3. Lets go Zambia! Ransack the Libyans. It’s gonna be a Copper- Bullet downpour to follow soon and the goals from our boys will ring like a Motorola! Iyeee… chipolopolo!!!

  4. Conditions on pitch not so good for a game. Zambia need to change boots to high stards. Does anyone know if zambia has special boots for this condition?

  5. This is a joke!! How do you play in such a waterlogged pitch. Am disppointed – this cant happen in the West. Shame on us…

  6. How in hell did somebody allow this game to go ahead in such atrocious conditions. I thought stuff like this happened a decade ago. Crazy!!

  7. wat an expensive stadium yet simple issue of drainaage was not installed,,,in europe it rains regularly yt stadiums hv drains instlled,,

  8. Can’t believe they allowed them (and they accepted0 to play on water-logged and muddy pitch like this… the play is virtually unplayable. This is ridiculous! Even school kids can’t play on a pitch like this.

This country they know they have rains pretty much everyday and they don’t have roofs on their stadia or even a cover, let alone proper drainage system. I hate whingeing but this is crazy man.

  9. Well done Libya , please beat this poor excuse of a country.
Zambia have no right to win

I HOPE THEY LOSE. Come on Libya , you have made my day I am about to be picked up by Nick shortly

    Thanks

    • The W hore is ready for plucking tonight.
She can now sulk in her wet bed alone wit the shrivelled D ick she calls Nick.

What a moron who wastes time on something she clearly hates.
Is it revenge for being kicked out of the country?
Is it just a L.T editor playing everyone for fools.

      The latter is more true.

  10. Hahahaha this Mushota person really must have a sensed of humour… the way she comes out to try and annoy the hell out of Zambians, I can only laugh :((

  11. Tempers have flared between players. Zambians have adjusted to the difficult pitch conditions and are doing it the kuomboka style.

  12. Zambia is playing really well right now. But I have a feeling, Libya will blame it on the muddy pitch; like you know like Mushota: ‘ Zambians are used to these kind of conditions’ LOL.
If anything Libya are luck there’s this pitch.

  13. Libyans strarted out very well but Zambia managed to turn the tables and is now in command of the game. Bravo Mayuka! Viva Zambia! Haters can sail away with the floods on the pitch!!

  14. no electricity here. just margin what am thinking of doing ZESCO. No power this part of avondle, Mopani avenue near zamtell. ZESCO OOOOOOOOOH! Careful.

  15. INTERESTING AND FUNNY. I LIKE THE WAY THE BALL IS STOPPING. GO ZAMBIA, PLAYING EXCELLENTLY. LIBYA 1-1 ZAMBIA PLUS OUR ZAMTEL BACK

  16. Even after the Senegal game the Libyans still thought they would dismantle Zed. Come on boys, punish the North African arrogance.

  17. Renard has made a mistake with substitution because Mbesuma appears to be very slow and too old for this pitch. Replacing midfielder with striker so early in game is wrong move.

  18. Wow!! Now I can feel the tips of my fingers and I am able to manipulate my keyboard. 1-1, Ba Zed Chipolopolo 4shizzo. We have to wallop Libya today. These people are still grieving. Come on Mayuka you now have 2 goals, but get one more mwaiche naiwe. In the way you are playing, we might sign you for Arsenal FC

  19. Where have these defenders come from? What sort of defending is that? How can you fail to play in a water logged pitch as if you don’t come from Lusaka where it is always flooded?

  20. Amazing combination between Chris Katongo and Mayuka! Our defence is weak but I hope we can pull through without conceding another goal.

  21. Mbesuma must lose a lil bit of body space, eeeeeeeeh. I am sure he books two cabs when travelling, one for himself and the other for his guardian angel, since they both cant not fit in one. How can way play football with that weight? Go play baseball or golf, or just go and gumble somewhere…

  22. These girls were faking injuries & the ref was buying into it! They are lucky they had the 12th man on their side! Good game Zambia!

  23. match should never have been allowed to continue under those conditions. the pitch was too siggy. the risk of injury too high. Zambia didnt play their normal game due to this and that last piece of play was a blatant penalty. well done for coming back with the draw boys all the same!

  24. 2-2 is fair especially that the Libyans are playing for their new nation too… Let’s wait and see what happens btn E.Guinea and Senegal. I wish they could both lose to each other, but that’s not possible eh…

  25. The game has ended on 2-all scoreline.
A couple of things. First the pitch was crap but aside from that this game must have won by Zambia as they controlled the tempo. The Zambian defence needs to be more alert and clear the ball from the penalt box. We need tall, bigger defenders at the back as we seem to be uncomfortable with high balls.
Then Zambia needs to learn to close out games – this was Zambia’s game but they allowed Libya to come into the game towards the end of the game. I can’t really critique the players considering the conditions of the pitch. But for me Mayuka was a stand out player in the Zambian squad.
Lastly you get the feeling the English commentators were on our side, and the guys seem to know our game and players except his names pronunciation :(

  26. OK the game has ended on 2-all scoreline.

  27. I told you that Kulibaba is not a good ref. There was a time he messed Zambian game. He seem always to support the Northerners. He is from Mali, what do you expect. The boys played well. Though not our game because of the situation. We will pull through. CAF should have examined the Stadium properly. Shameeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. I guess Senegal winning is a good thing for Zed so that every team’s hopes could be at stake. And guys lets go back to the real world, Barca and Real Madrid withing an hour.

  29. 2-all scoreline, not bad but could be better.

  30. lucky escape..all the same..sheet happens..come on senegal..make sure the group is left wide open..u might play us again ….in the finals bcoz thats where we r heading…..go chipolopolo

  31. Hey @108 Zedian4Gee, which Barca-Real game is that – normal Laliga game or Spanish Super Cup? Any link please? Thanks.

  32. Let’s hope the mathematics will not let us down at the end of it all. We should not reach that stage of crucial calculation of points and goals (in favor or against) in order to qualify to the next stage, henceforth boys you have to take advantage of every situation presented before you. Although you only have one left.

  33. africa, africa oh my africa. whoever authorised this game to go ahead must be nuts. and those that accepted that kind of a decision should go for forced mental test. no level headed bunch of human beings can allow such a thing. shame on the so called organisers, and big shame to the headless caf.

  34. why don’t certain things seem not to matter for “Africans”? Everyone saw the horrible condition of the pitch: not good for the players, not good for the game itself. But they went ahead to play!! it is shocking to accept to play in such horrible, filthy conditions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  35. Mbesuma did a great job. The team did a good job overal as well under very trying circumstances. Guys stop being negative and encourage the boys.

  36. We are going through! All we need is a draw. Senegal will beat Libya to save face and Zambia will be guinea at home and we will lead the group come Sunday. Chipolopolo all the way. Libya wanted Senegal to win so that all could be thrown open. The favourite in our group have gone home.

  37. Why is it that it is only Bembas scoring goals at AFCON 2012? Katongo, etc
We should have a commission of inquiry chaired by HH and the Litunga.

    :((

  38. Mushota.

Zambia wiped your wishes and threw them away just like a leaf used as toilet paper.

You are the dirt from Zambia living in a clean society.

  39. Oh yes Felix is indeed finished, But Congrats to boys it was a good game considering the conditions. We now aim to silence Eq-guinea, they are no match to us………………………….

  40. Ka Mushota, Weule we! I hope the white pigs f>uck the death out of your c.unt. You are a poor excuse for white ass trashy wh,ole. Wooooo Zambia has drawn, now how was the white f,uck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  41. I never watched the Match Live but I watched a rematch. I could tell just from the time I started watching it that the ref was unfair, he wanted Libya to win so badly, i wonder how much he was paid to do that. Secondly, the pitch had too much water, how could FIFA allow a game to continue? Our boys played very well, and Libya they know that they just came draw with us because the ref was in their favour.

Go Zambia Go……., on Sunday we have to beat Equitorial Guinea – its do or die. Good luck

  42. Can Faz find a way appealing to whoever is responsible for cancelling unnecessary yellow cards so that mayuka’s yellow card is cancelled. He does not deserve a yellow card @all.

  43. The boys showed that they are in a class of their own yesterday. Both goals were brilliant. Welldone. we deserved to win yesterday and we were also denied a penaulty. The yellow card on Mayuka should not have been given.

  44. On the face of it, the fact that Senegal lost to the hosts, and are out, looks good for us. The theory being that Senegal will want to save face against Libya and thus go all out for a win. Secondly, that Equit. Guinea won’t care much as they have already qualified. But consider this; i) Senegalese players may be so dejected and just want to get back to their European clubs asap – thus might still lose heavily to Libya, who are wounded; ii) And then, did you know the Equit. Guinea players are on $1m per win and $20,000 per goal? – Courtesy of the dictatorial family in power who are in control of Equitorial Guinea’s oil. Did you also know, as a by the way, that none of the players were born in Equitorial Guinea? I do pray, that this second scenario does not hurt us.

  45. I MISS JOHNSON BWALYA, THE SON OF ZAMBIA WHO USED TO GIVE 100% IN EVERY GAME THAT HE PLAYED FOR HIS BELOVED COUNTRY. SPECIAL GOALS HE SCORED ARE STILL RESONATING IN MY HEAD.

  46. EMMANUEL MBOLA’S SUSPENSION HAS LEFT A HOLE IN ZAMBIAN DEFENSE RIGHT SIDE. I HOPE HE HAS LEARNT A LESSON FROM HIS STUPID AND CROOKED BEHAVIOUR.

  47. Our Team is good we can bit Equitorial Guinea more less the boys have the same height. Playing with Senegal and the nephews of Muamar Gardaffi Libya it was not easy to come out with positive results.Congrats to Chipolopolo boys and to mr. Renard.
