Share

Joseph Musonda is expected to reach his 100th cap tomorrow.

Faz communications officer Erick Mwanza confirmed in an interview in Libreville today that Musonda will reach that milestone in the Africa Cup final match against Cote d’Ivoire to be played at Stade d’Angondjé.

Musonda has been part of the Zambia setup since 2001 when Dutchman Jan Browuer handed him his first senior call up.

The Golden Arrows and former Nkana defender has played in all of Zambia’s last five games at the Africa Cup.

Meanwhile, Zambia will hold their final training session this evening ahead of Sundays Africa cup showdown against Cote d’Ivoire.

Tonight’s training at 21:00 Zambian time will be at the match venue .

However, Faz has said the training will be behind closed doors.
