1. Why are you publishing the photos if you do not own the rights? You can’t publish something you have no rights to.

   • That’s why you give credit. Nothing wrong with publishing someone else’s work as long as credit is given.

   • @Ntaulu its not that straight forward. If you publish more than 30 seconds of a copyrighted audio for your own commercial purposes you have to pay even if you credit it. Some pictures come with a warning not to be republished. Each case by its merits
