  1. There has never been such a shortage of fuel over and over. What was the idea of donating to Malawi when we can even sustain the demand in the country? Poor management whoever was and is in charge.

  2. Can someone telling me what this ka Wynter does in this government. He is all over the place addressing the public. In what capacity kanshi?

  3. There are certainly serious issues here to be raised. Wynter Kabimba a party secretary general is not in Government. Why is he using Zambian Air force Planes to move around the country and do party business. As far as I know , this has never happened before where a party cadre outside of government is using government resources to promote the agenda of a party.

And all you PF crack heads don’t tell us that PF is paying for this. The big question is, Since when did Zambia Air force Planes become available for public hire?

We need an explanation from this Government.

    • That this kind of thing has never happened is a shameful lie. The MMD set a precedent and it was the norm for ZAF helicopters and planes to be used for party campaign purposes.

It is the system that needs to change, because individual parties in power will continue to abuse government resources. There must be clear line that divides what belongs to a ruling party and what belongs to government and the people. Either that or at least let the opposition also sample the goods. My suggestion is to have salaried shadow opposition ministers to counter-balance the appointed permanent secretaries and ministers. That way opposition parties stand a better chance of not going into extinction and allows continuation of our democracy instead of the defacto one party state we currently have.

    • @MMD Chief Bootlicker, please don’t lie!!! Do you really have such a short memory that you have already forgotten how the MMD abused and misused govt property for Party functions? Come on man, be serious—“As far as I know , this has never happened before where a party cadre outside of government is using government resources to promote the agenda of a party”—are you kidding me man?! You obviously don’t know much!!!

    • As far as you know, my friend have you developed temporary amnesia now; we can show you endless LT photos of VJ and Co stepping out of ZAF planes and helicopters lets be honest please. MMD were and are vile corrupt creatures who used ZAF with impunity for 20 years.

  4. Special ZAF Flight ??? I thought Wynter is NOT a government official !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Imwe mwe ma Zambians bukeeeeeeeeeeeni !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why r u sleeping !!!!?????!!!!
Wynter is not in government but why does he use the ZAF helicopters !!!!????!!!!

  5. The people Wynter addressed (so called: PF Members) in Western Province are all only relatives of Bett Mushala and Kenneth Namutulo !
PF is finished on the grass roots !!!
PF is completely finished in Western and North-Western provinces !

    • Damn, you must have a photographic memory! To remember and recognize all those faces in the picture as being only relatives of Mushala and Namutulo. And how did you come to know all those people, are you a relative to one of the two also?

  6. UKWA AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dare you donate fuel to Malawi when the country is in die need of it. Nonsense govt!

  7. HAHAHA the explanation is that there are no fuel shortages !!!
    it’s all denials !!! Ukwa’s tactics

  8. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why is Wynter Kabimba going about PF business in a ZAF plane? This bullsh!t only used to happen in the KK era when there was only one party. Not only do we demand an explanation but also payment by the PF to Zambians (as citizens and taxpayers) for using this facility.

  9. Unplanned for fuel donated to malawi, chaos results in the country..Why so many photos of Wynter kabimba?? I dont trust this guy

  10. Pics 1 and 2 are not from Kitwe but Chingola. I hear Kitwe and Ndola for some reason were well supplied whilst the situation was bad for other towns.

So many things wrong…you give fuel away but experience a shortage. A purported non government official uses government property to for joy riding ..

The opposition should be more loud and assertive when such things happen.

  11. Fuel shortage ? I thot some minister just assured the nation a week ago that there is enough stock in the country.

  12. Abuse of public resources is being right in our face, if it was that time sata was opposition , he would made that a nation athem were ever he goes it has to be sung, but time will judge for all the wrongs that you point on your friends , one finger pointing at other peoples wrong whilst three are pointing at you.

    Let watch and pray.

  13. Picture 17.
Who is the interior decorator at State House.
    The decor is horendous.
The seats are awful and the colours clash!!!! Eeeeeeghhh

  14. #23 I have it on good authority that niba Ukwa abene who chose the colours you are talking about. He is personally supervising the rest of the renovations to be done by his cousin Chikwanda as he wants to make state house as comfortable as possible as himself and his family will be there for  a very loooong time….

  15. SMH

After you donate fuel to Malawi having a fuel shortage does not look good

Non government officials who use tax payers money (ZAF Plane) should be investigated unless there is a clause in the constitution that allows the rulling party to use government resourses for party business?

Is ZAF leasing planes to raise some $$$ thats the only thing that would make sense.

  16. #6 You raise good points. I would even praise you if I did not know your track record. You had myopia when it came to RB and his army of thieves. Fair enough PF are just as bad, but you need to condemn wrongs equally.

  17. Ku Mansa is nice mwee, thats why people from Luapula are smart. ZAF commander Erick is from Mansa too, but he is not smart enough to offer Veep Kabimba a ZAF plane.

  18. Summer kabimba was awarded national trotter and he ass is on again flighing all over Zambia. Nw fuel shortage should be national security issue. We need a well thought out plan to stocking more than enough fuel to avoid negating production and un neccessary hikes. I fail to understand why we don’t seem to learn from past experience and work out program that will secure fuel supply. We should also starting thinking alternative fuel too!

  19. TO ME ITS THESE SAME MOTORISTS WHO RE CREATING THIS FUEL SHORTAGE THEMSELVES.
YOU SEE MOST TAX DRIVERS & SOME PEOPLE WITH THERE CARS ONLY BUY FUEL FOR K20PIN & K50PIN, NOW AFTER HEARING THE SHUTTING DOWN OF INDENI THEY ALL STARTED RUSHING TO FILLING STATIONS WANTING TO BUY MORE THAN THEY ALWAYS BUY, E.G 1 PERSON HALF TANK ANOTHER HALF TANK, BIG BOYS IN TOWN THOSE WHO BUY HALF TANK WILL NOW WANT TO BUY FULL TANK. THE DEMAND IS NOW HIGH & THE CONSUPTION, IF THERE IS SHORTAGE THESE VEHICLES CANT BE QUEING WITH THERE IS NO FUEL THERE.

  20. Mwe bantu mwe, ZAF planes can be hired by any Zambian who can afford, thats how they fund raise for their maintenance, even HH has hired a ZAF chopper before. I am sure the office of the PF secretary General has paid for the use of the plane. However, this fuel shortage should be condemned especially after giving Malawi the ” surplus”.

  21. How do you give Malawi fuel when you do not have enough for yourselves, how foolish can Zambia be or was it another way of corruption so that the PF big wigs could make money from transportation costs to Malawi. What a shame, I wish I could sleep for four years and wake up in 2016, we truly need some sanity in government even hard core supporters should realise this instead of looking for excuses for their governing party.

  22. IS THAT THE FAMOUS, FEARED ADAMSON MUSHALA’S SON. THE MAN WHO TORMENTED THE KAUNDA’S GOVT. ATI HE WOULD STEALTHLY APPEAR AT KK’S DINER TABLE FROM NOWHERE. HAHAHA YALIKO BAD MDALA

  23. Just been looking at the picture of Sata queing for fuel in the previous GRZ. Wonder why he is not doing it this time arround.
The fellow is a liar who thought that he can make us destites. A country without fuel. What GRZ. Viva HH.

  24. Kabimba is being prepared for 2016 presidential elections, it is just a matter of time. There is a writing on the wall !!!
