This is lawlessness in Zambia at its worst. Its time the Police changed the call out system. When a guy of this stature is required to appear before the police, I think they should revent to unannounced requests to have the subject accompany them to unknown location to record this statement. Get him when there is less drama. At a restuarant, his home or driving on the street.After arriving at the location then permit him to make one call to his lawyer only, who should be driven by police to the location to be present during questioning.
