  1. #1 YES! BECAUSE HERVE RENARD WILL NOT ACCEPT NONSENSE FROM ANY PLAYER. IN DEVELOPED AND OTHER DISCIPLINED COUNTRIES LET-COMING IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE.

  2. The problem with Herve Renard is he loves the Katongo brothers so much. There are good players but at the moment they are not comparable to Emmanuel Mayuka, Jacob Mulenga, Kalaba, Mbola, etc espencially that Katongo boy Felix who was supposed to be suspended at the AFCON because he went drinking also. We know even the captain went drinking but rena singled out a few. Play the best player and we want Mweene for captain.

    • Every coach willpick a team according to his judgement and just like any other normal human beings even coach Renard will have favorites. Christopher is the most disciplined player in the squad he leads by example and the coach does not pick a team only on soccer abilities he also picks it for balance. Felix is another wonderful player for your reference please watch the afcon final between Zambia and Ivory coast and if you will not like what you see then obviously your judgement is impaired

    • so you must bet bemba hurting your tonga brother.. is Zambian now under a curse? We are all zambians and would like to see our boys win….viva chipolopolo, kipolopolo, hipolopolo, fipolopolo……….

  3. Mayuka na Jacob Mulenga kuntanshi? Wow!!! Elyo Chris na Kalaba nga ama attacking midfilders? Oh my goodness. Tonga bull HH ku defence? Yayayaya ni donchi kubeba shiiiiiii, more goals in the net.

  4. I saw Emmanuel Mayuka in his first game in England, damn, the boy is good. There will be Cacophany when we met poor Uganda! While, as usual I will be glued to my PC…Personal Computer on Saturday here on the island whilst waiting for the results and working on my dissertation at the same time! LIFE IS GOOD IS BABY!

    • hmmmm eyaaaa! you dont just have money for transport from SP and Ticket for the match here in Mpika from Kwachitulika village we are coming with chatter plane kekekekekekekeke!

  5. #8 KCI, please leave that Katongo stories with me. I am unhappy that Clifford is no longer in team.
And its good GMB assigned Staff-Sergent Chris Katongo to go and hunt for the Malikoni brothers in the valley of Mkushi.

  6. Some people must be blind. You saw Mayuka playing his first game in England and concluded that the boy is good. Mayuka had no impact at all on that game rarely touched the ball. If anything the introduction of Mayuka in Southampton team against Manchester United had a negative effect because Mayuka is short and could not manage to hold long and high balls played to him. If Southampton are going to be using Mayuka in that way they should be ready for relegation. In short Mayuka did not have a chance to express himself in that game for someone to conclude that he is a good player. We know that he is good player because of the way he played at AFCN.

  7. I concur with number 13, Mayuka is a ka short, dark, ugly lozi boy who cannot make an impact in southampton, when he was introduced in the 74th minute the boy only touched the ball once in 20minutes of play including 4 minutes of extra time, it was upon mayuka’s introduction that South AMP. Conceded 2 late goals what a useless player he is he should try BFC barotse football club. the ka man was fearing bazungu, just CNP everywhere..shit

  8. Ba Lusaka Times yashani iyo? Pantu nalumbula the name HH in my comment, u have frozen it? It’s Hichani Himonde and everyone knows that except u. Are political?

  9. The Firs Game should finish off the Cranes. 3 – 0 so that the return leg is a formality in Kampala. let us NOT complicate Ourselves by not convincigly winning the first GAME.

  10. No15 the saints game, turned out the way it did becouse thats Man U way of playing,They always come back in the last minutes, but again you could be right coz the guy that was exchanged with Mayuka was the one supplying the ball to the strikers.

    • I think Southampton made a mistake to substitute Puncheon, the black guy who was playing on the right for Southampton. He could have been a deadly combination with Mayuka because both are fast and skillful. If a team is to use Mayuka effectively the ball must be on the ground unless it is a cross. Ferdinand and Vidic were too tall for Mayuka. I wish him success in England but I do not Southampton way of playing football will suit him. I am a Zambian in the UK that is why I am passionate about this boy.

  11. @malinso, mayuka having had touched the boy about two times or three and the aeriel tussles he had with ferdinad and Vidic were he was fouled clearly though the referee couldnt give the foul in his favor could not be blamed on the boy. the few touches he had were clear enough for any sensible soccer fan to deduce that he is good and confident. football is same everywhere. if he could play in switzerland he can play in England and spain. its the change of formation which hit the Soton. they started playing 4-5-1 or is it 5-4-1. they literally started defending and thats the mistake you make when you play teams like MANU. They should have continued attacking manU like they had done most part of the game. in the process tey were ging to get mayuka play more than he did and show what he is mad

  12. Mayuka, Welcome and make us proud again. For those debating his performance against Manchester United, he completed three passes, won a free kick when he threated two defenders, Ferdinand and Vidic. He fared well. As for Southampton going down, come one, they had started defending their 2:1 lead even before Mayuka came in, that means they reduced on attacking so, you dont expect him to have a lot of chances. Give him a full 90 minutes game against lower opposition like Liverpool/Arsenal, oops, the boy will score and define his career, Go Mayuka Go!!!

  13. Jacob and mayuka should partner upfront, chris,Nathan,Chisamba,Kalaba in middle of the pack and Mbola, nkausu,Sunzu and Himonde at maninig the defence with mweene as the goal minder. On the bench.Sakuwaha,chansa,nyirenda,Titima………………………..

  14. I am proud of my fellow Tonga bull, Mayuka. Please you from other tribes especially Bembas, will you STOP talking about Mayuka the graduate of Magoye young boys FC.

  15. It’s another soccer weekend but the only worry is as usual ba ZNBC with their apologies, First it is picture minus volume and then a faded picture with cameramen running around the pitch.Iwe Chibamba and your friend Maduma make sure you do a good job this time coz you just get ama three thousand for free and you think that will continue coz what you are doing is daylight robbery. You collect ama three pin and then you fail to deliver the services. Shame on you and your bogus technicians.I think i will just fire you this time around.

  16. Arsene Wenger should have signed Mayuka and turned him into a goal scoring winger! He certainly has the pace and Arsene is a genius when it comes to developing players. Look what he did with Henry (formerly a winger), Van Persie (formerly a support striker and naughty boy), Arteta (formerly an attacking midfielder) etc.

    • I think Arsene is just interested in signing African players from french speaking African countries. He praised Zambian players during the AFCN and his analyses were spot on oh how Zambia could hate their opponents. However, to my disappointment Arsene Wenger has never tried to sign any Zambian players. Actually Zambian players can fit well in the way Arsenal plays because of skill and speed. Mayuka is a more complete player than Walcott.

  17. THis is Chipolopolo not Premier league, we want to win this game PERIOD!!! U wanted thoz small chaps called saints to beat us??? Teeeeetiiiiiiiiii
