HERE ARE THIS WEEKS POEMS .ENJOY!!!!!

DEEP LIKE THATby Baldwin Alaznis

On a normal day, another facebook spray

Of attention seeking and statuses, Such a disturbing array

What’s on my mind?

Frustration : I seek better

Another picture, Pose,I Press like, just being kind

Down down the wall, I crave deeper.

She’s single (why make it public) , he’s in america, McDonalds (am I supposed to care)

Further down to my only solace

Groups press

My poetry eden I find, a blissful place

Eyes darting lustfully from left to right

Eating words fast, thumb and middle fingers meet as the deeper connotations are gleaned

An engineer metamorphosed into a poet. A profession so hard yet words subtle, soft. The paradox that is isunge

Of the thunderbolts on life, love and lust jagoda testifies

Seeking not a soul like his Alexander betrays

Entranced by the midnight sun, how Gods creation crows and caws at its silver shine, chifwanti raps

And more thought invoking is two words attesting to the possibility of impossibility. What if? Mwape provokes

A trip down memory lane, ira bites down on nostalgia

And many more, my thumb and middle digits sore

The depth in a shallow virtual world

The ray of light in a dark day with pointless thoughts many a mispoken word

An oxymoron the word may be, BITTERSWEET,

but truth be told,

YOU ALL ARE DEEP LIKE THAT.

MISSION: ATTITUDE GRATITUDE (AG) by Emmanuella Sakala

“Does this suffering have an end?

Does real love really exist?

Why am I even here?”

All around the clock, people tirelessly work at finding answers to these and many other questions that characterize this desolate world we live in.

All the while though, what we don’t realize is that it’s all in vain,

Only adds to the pain,

Making us feel a little insane,

Not knowing that if we look to the MAIN-ONE,

To pour down his rain,

That we never really earn,

Coz we are just way off lane,

But with him we gain,

More than enough to never strain,

If only we remain,

Abroad his train,

We will never be put to shame!!!

So let us aim instead at being grateful because an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE HELPS US EXPERIENCE THE MAGNITUDE OF GOD’S LOVE!

So am calling on all soldiers,

All who are ready to throw that grenade that will explode the greatness in others,

All who are ready to shoot themselves, if that is what it takes for others to live,

All who are ready to brave the landmine infested areas to retrieve a wounded soldier,

ALL WHO DON’T WANT TO BE WASTEFUL BUT GRATEFUL FOR THE HEARTFUL OF BLESSINGS THEY HAVE RECEIVED!!!

Do not be deceived this is not mission “Let’s take a walk in the park” this is….

MISSION ATTITUDE-GRATITUDE!

If you can’t bring the attitude then you probably belong to the multitude civilians.

Buckle up, if you want to jump on this band wagon because this warfare demands your all!

There is no aborting it; it is aneverlasting-life’ long mission.

So if at all you dare to care….

***Marvel*** by Taylor RandomGeek Pearce

Revel in your creation,

your faithful pet of doom,

The smile of a wretched nation,

Whose life is death too soon,

Marvel oh my love,

The scarlet of my veins,

Hell will soon  burn off,

Its walls shall hold your frame,

Revel still in us,

The horrors of true fate,

The sacrifice of trust,

The benefits of hate,

Marvel at the broken,

A heart which once could beat,

Maimed by words unspoken,

The honor of defeat,

Revel in my rage,

Which trepidation pruned,

Beastly more with age,

Solely meant for you,

Marvel as I smile,

In all disgust and pleasure,

The stench of you is vile,

You sicken me ‘yond measure,

Revel in this bliss,

The hope you once destroyed,

You aimed to never miss,

And turned my spirit void,

But marvel still my dear,

Your curse I cannot leave,

Till I can, without air,

teach myself to breathe…

  1. naturally like your web site however you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell the truth however I’ll definitely come back again.

  2. although internet sites we backlink to beneath are considerably not associated to ours, we really feel they’re actually really worth a go by, so have a look
