Sylvester Mwila on Saturday night retained the Mr Zambia body building contest staged at Moba Hotel in Kitwe.
Mwila beat 18 other musclemen to win the national title for the third year running.
Lucas Banda of Matero Gym was named Junior Mr Zambia out of 24 other finalists at the same competition.
This was the first time Mr Zambia was hosted on the Copperbelt.
As expected, Lusaka bodybuilders dominated the competition with 13 out of the 19 finalists.

i find body building very gay with adult men putting on underwear in public. whats with the oil thing applied on the body. the only thing i see are dicks they should change it to dicks showing in the pants modeling. adult men instead of looking for jobs are busy the whole day in the gym lifting metals why not put their muscles to better use like digging rubbish pits in the compounds or better its farming season let them till the land.
