  1. Pic 20: I don’t know what to make of it.The man is walking on a gravel road and half way down the road he wants his shoe cleaned?

    • Why are the pupils sitting on the floor, Where are the priorities?
Mr Sata, perhaps you should divert the funds you want to use for building of the stadiums and use them to buy desks because that is a depressing sight

      How embarrassing

      Thanks

    • 1. LT where are the working holiday pictures??
      2. pictures 9, Sata asebanya!!,, standing like that with fear on moving steps as if there are no `moving steps` at manda hill
      3. Kazimu Sata i pray you know HIV position!! otherwise Tiwonge that haircut is suspect in zambia

    • @Nostradamus
whats happening my brother? your uncle Mr Gerry Chanda has no shoes,, the shoes he is using when he is walkind small stone and sand `enter` his shoe,, you mean you cant send him a pair of shoe even salaula from USA shuwa… or ask Ba GBM to donate 50 of his old shoes???

    • Its interesting to see how persons can bring persons so low!!! Mandela, once said something to the effect “no-one will abuse another!” How can you have someone clean your shoes at pleasure like this — even having pictures taken?!? I often wonder why me make a “big” deal about colonialization when in effect we are still living in it — only difference this time around our very own are abusing us! I guess it feels better to have our own abuse us then a foreigner? Where are all you bloggers that post racist comments had an instance of this sort occurred with the people involved being a different skin color?

  2. Curiously, how come the president’s son’s wedding was held when the president and the first lady were away?

    • if i may ask, what is the idea of education? why do we send our children to school. is it because we want them to acquire skills and knowledge or is it because you want them to get a job?

  3. Shame on the PF govt, you increased salaries of UKWA and MPS when school children in rural areas sit on the floor when learning.

  4. Surely Why Should a father miss his son’s wedding and go for a holiday, Unless there is a misunderstanding in the family. But then he was willing to let the VP at least act at the son’s wedding. The White man was acting father because he cant act as President. It is so fun lol!

  5. It is not my intention to belittle my country Zambia but I really do feel for that poor horse. From South Africa to Zambia police!!

    • Money matters. Tionge looks innocent while the kateka’s son looks like he has sampled most of the girls in night clubs.

    • Abena Kazimu banensu. It is nice that he has finally tied the knot bapwisha ukutentemuna utuputula twabana babene.

  6. Muchinga minister can’t even clean his own shoes. ..why wear office shoes if you know you will be visiting a construction site.

ZP need to feed those horses proper feed they look malnutrished….I hope they dont still keep them in Kabwata.

Your son is getting married and you decide to go on a 14 day holiday “somewhere”….strange indeed.

    • LOL @ Reality I was thinking exactly the same thing… it’s nice to see.

By the way this Zambezi Environmental saga has made international news: w w w.smh.com.au/business/out-of-africa-problems-for-zambezi-resources-20140207-326y3.html
(mind the gaps in between ws)

  7. Boma is afraid of the horse. Holding hair as if it is a woman sure. Even if the rule is to approach with caution sure ? kikikiki

  8. Wait a minute ! Is that not Rupiah Banda ? One of the environmental activists looks like Rupiah.Okochamutwala nomba shi mpundu ?!

  9. The girl has a tattoo on her back (shoulder). She looks terrible with that tattoo. I want to appeal to our ladies not to fall for these marks on their bodies that can never be erased. Imagine what she will tell her children, if she will have any, when they ask what the mark on her back is! Very shameful. I know that ladies will tell me that they have every right to have tattoos whenever they want but the truth of the matter is that men always think that women with such marks are clubbers and hence not fit for long-life companionship. So, before you inscribe an indelible mark on your body do think twice.

    • ” the truth of the matter is that men always think that women with such marks are clubbers and hence not fit for long-life companionship”

I personally would NEVER get a tattoo just be because I love my skin very much and I do think they look tacky when your skin stretches or gets old. But that last line I quoted seems ironicfunny because the lady in question with the tattoo is at her wedding…getting married. So I am sure not all guys think that way.

    • Never mind the tattoo, what sane woman would want to infect her future children with Ukwa Chumbu’s genes? I mean look at what she is marrying! Olo niku konda ndalama nang’ang’a ine!

    • I’m a lady, when I look at my skin there’s no place because my skin looks beautiful I can’t afford messing it. Viva to beautiful natural skin in any shed.

  10. evrywere u go in our skuls they now teach kids while siting on z floor.go round u wil find its z norm.dont b too lgnorant my friends ad zen they write siting on desks.

    • Mwati nku nkala pa floor tilesa? Manje floor yakayena pulizzi ndye vuto!!! Kukopela kopela naweve yayi!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. Pics 5 & 6,
It is unbelevable that those environmental protesters were arrested. From the story and the pictures there is nothing to suggest that they were in any way violent, so what are the charges? Zambia police are misused.
Is it about the absence of the so-called police permit? Soon the people will be required to produce a police permit for breathing in public.

  12. Re picture No. 13. What the heck!!! I do not see how that horse could carry any full grown male around all day, much less go on the chase. Is this some kind of a joke?

  13. Picture 18 and 19: You mean there are no emergency services in Zambia yet? In developed countries an ambulance would have arrived with 10 minutes……..

  14. I hope that cleaning the bwana’s shoe is part of his job description…? Zambian politics…..wow…I tell the freaking minister to shove the shoe up his butt if he wanted it to be shiny….!

  15. We value stadiums over schools,we value overseas trips over family events, our useless public officials value vanity over practicality,we value mining proceeds over our heritage and we value getting there quicker than safety. Wow,the world can see how shallow we are.

  16. Pic #20- only in Zambia and in Africa. Why didn’t he wear appropriate ware? Why did’ the clean his own shoes? Even Obama could have cleaned his own shoes. Let us not make these PF leaders as gods.

  17. Pictures 18 & 19

“Three people were seriously injured after a Toyota Hilux in which they were traveling in lost control…”

Me thinks it the Driver of the vehicle who lost control of the vehicle.

  18. I dot know about other guys. But for me ladies with a tattoo turn me on & jst find it s.e.x.y.
However I respect others with contrary views on tattoos depending on how one was brought up & how they live their lives
