The return of Rupiah Bwezani Banda. The man Zambians cannot/will not vote for.
A Lungu be careful. You will lose that presidential seat soon if you allow Lupia to run this country

Lekeni abanenu babombeko imwe Ba ngwele. Go HE ECL GO!!!!!
Long and boring movie! At this pace of appointments, it might take the Zambian president up to november to finish constituting a new govt. I suspect Lungu is just lazy.
Mr president please clean up Hospitals and ZRA
There, people were appointing friends into positions. and they wanted to turn into a regional dominated company.
Boss, clean up the mess there, starting with………………
In a country like ours, this is the way things are to be done. The President is swift but very cautious. Go ask your HH to constitute his cabinet in a kraal.
….And the weekly swearing-in ceremonies which have been on hold for 2 months are back.
This Lungu guy looks very humble maybe that’s why Sata liked him but now show us what you can do or else 2016 kuya bebele we know you can’t do miracles in a short time but show us some leadership qualities so far so good.
2016 the boat will be sailing calmly and steadily on calm waters and everybody on board shall reach very safely unlike FlightHH who crash landed and no one has a clue he will ever be found.
This is a solid foundation being laid on hard rock. Continue our beloved President, we love you.
Ni Edgar Chagwa Lungu fye mu 2016, Ni pabwatooooooo fye……
Dont mistake insecurity, uneasyness, unfamiliarity, lack of confidence for humbleness. Body language mwebantu. surely you can see. Ninshi kumaskulu muya, musambilila inshi? Cant you tell the man is way in over his head. Each day is like torture to him. ifya bu president tefyakwa chagwa!!! the man is uncomfortable, look at the way he receives the papers from those appointed. its as if, he is the man being appointed!!! A leader should show confidence and strength in whatever he does to inspire his followers. Alas you cant see. Nathan nyirenda was right, “amasambililo ni leka leka, buti tushalapofye nefisungu mukanwa”.
can he wrap this up already we move on to other things
What about Panji Kaunda?
Certain relics should be left in Museums, this includes Panji, kambwili, GBM, Miles, SHE-RA of chongwe Masebo, BOB bashi nono, bootlicker Chenda and any frail minded or bully driven PF member.
A refreshing sight to see the fact that Sichinga is not in the cabinet. Another thing I would like to see is Kambwili to be sacked!
Me too I want Kabwili to go. The dude is very stupid and bossy
They should put kambwili in Japan as the Ambassador, as far away from Zambia as possible.
Mr. President May I propose Given Lubinda for information Ministry and Hon Yaluma to continue at Energy while Nkandu Luo should not be given any ministry at all. We want her to do some work in Munali Constituency she has been dormant as she has not done anything. Although you have appointed Katema he is also useless in Chingola he has done nothing.
It is very true, Nkandu Luo has lamentably failed the people of Munali constituency and I wonder why she has been given Ministerial positions just to employ her relatives right left and centre in all institutions she can lay her hand on.
Your Excellency, consider also visiting constituencies like Munali, Kanyama, Mandevu and Chawama whenever time permits you sir. People will never forget you as this has never happened in our political history.
And can someone please ensure that Lusaka and major cities is beautified? Honestly, it does not need the President to give such a directive. Where are the councils? People must start working for once. The Local Government needs a pragmatic Minister and let the works in the communities be visible to the community through the councils.
I am a christian but I find it somewhat disconcerting that constitutional office bearers have to be sworn if with the bible. What if one does not believe in the bible and Christianity or any religion or faith for that matter? It will make the oath meaningless. I think the swearing in should be done with one holding copy of the Zambia constitution because that is what they a swearing to uphold when they take up a constitutional office, regardless of ones faith.
Good suggestion, we should not assume that everyone is a Christian because we might have people who don’t believe in the existence of God who can actually deliver development
Zambia is a Christian nation. If you do not want to be sworn in with the bible, then do not run for public office.
Absolutely spot on …these are liars swearing on a contradictory book stories….it just ironic and really laughable! !
at blah blah – Zambia is a Christian nation and hence the use of the bible during swearing in ceremonies, chapwa
I wonder what the President saw in Katema who has failed to take development to his consituency in Chingola central after serving for two terms in parliament. We need fresh blood, i am now starting to loose confidence in the President.
But why is His Excellency Edgar Chagwa Lungu taking so long to finish appointments of his cabinet? Let him get over with this task and do other things! the country has many pressing issues requiring his attention. If anyone from his inner circle reads this, tell the boss that the wait is killing productivity in the country. Its just encouraging gossip!!!!
Since when have cabinet appointments stopped development and progression. Permanent Secretaries are still functional. A minister is a Board Chairperson, while the permanent secretary is the CEO. Do we need to re-educate those in the diaspora in Civics and social studies?
Same old same old story , no development
What about Judge Chikopa? He can make a good Chief justice!
It looks like Lungu will spend the next 18 months appointing his buddies
Heheheheh! Katema has bounced back????
Let the President quicken the appointments. we seem to be moving at a snails pace and time is not on our side. Please
ECL is looking good for sure, elyo utumasuti kwati in obama of usa, akapololoka bwino, no ifimafumo
@Secret code I hope you will learn to respect other peoples way of life. I personally will not get offended by your obsession with kraals and cattle because I know their value just like your relatives place value on fish and vinkubala. Why don’t you have a life young man and stop yapping about things you understand very little about.
sando you are very observant.Yes picture 20 shows that EL still has voting marker ink on his thumb. How do you remove it cos I still got it too.
Where is Guy Scott….Lubinda…Kambwili
@ Sando
Kwena uli walinso; I give you credit for that. I guess it is evidence that he actually voted, unlike ba wesu ba Tilyenji Kaunda, lol!!

Let us start writing our MPs letters, so as they visit their constituencies.
1. Why is it that he hardly looks people in the eyes?
2. Why is he always clasping his hands?
Bwana Lungu weka sisi ma easterners zaidi kwa govt sababu its our time to lead and its our time to eat.
Bembas wakae nyuma coz they never wanted to give us easterners a chance.
But my friends, I will seriously consider running for president too. It must be nice to see all the people who used to snicker at you and talk trash behind your back suddenly bow to you,, even na kunjenjemela. ha ha
