Mr Kwenda said Voter Education Facilitators will be deployed in the field on July 12, 2015 until July 31, 2015 in readiness for the by-election on August 6, 2015.
Mr. Kwenda said the political parties have conducted themselves in accordance with the electoral Act so far and expects the trend to continue prior, during and after poll day.
He confirmed that the PF have obtained a police permit to hold a political rally at Chiteta Primary School grounds today at 15.00 hours where they will show their preferred candidate to the people.
Bayitaya kudala ba UPND. How can you field a Tonga man in Bangweulu and expect to win.
It’s like fielding Chilufya Bwalya in Monze or Choma and expecting them to win.
Nothing tribal but that is the reality on the ground.
UPND is a good party but timing ndiye ipaya.
It’s good fdd and narep are taking part but when is msoni and winter s parties taking part going by the political talk they are the most popular paties around in fact if you look at media coverage they are more popular than upnd but on the ground it’s just upnd and pf let’s come up with a strong United opposition
I have watched the nomination crips on TV and its only PF members who were there.i saw ministers like Davis Mwila,Harry Kalaba,Ronald Chitotela,Nickson Chilangwa,Mumbi Phiri, etc while a UPND candidate was alone with no prominent leader from Lusaka-shocking!even poor Danny Pule was around his candidate!!IF UPND OR RAINBOW ARE DREAMING ABOUT WINNING IN 2016,THEN THEY MUST START NOW BY DEFEATING PF IN HIS BEDROOM LUAPULA AS PF IS TOO STRONG THERE!!I SEE PF WILL ALL 14 SEATS IN LUAPULA NEXT YEAR BCOZ MWANSA MBULAKULIMA FROM MMD WILL 100% HIS SEAT!!
eddy, you so obssd with upnd you cant sleep on upnd just wait 2016 only few months away you see a revolution.
So because now voting is in Luapula, the language has changed to being respectful such as is PF is very strong there???? Why cant other parties be strong in other areas too??? Human beings…. very shameless.
